Alumni from the 𝐒𝐞𝐬𝐬𝐢𝐨𝐧 𝟏𝟗𝟗𝟓 – 𝐂𝐡𝐞𝐦𝐢𝐜𝐚𝐥 𝐄𝐧𝐠𝐢𝐧𝐞𝐞𝐫𝐢𝐧𝐠 visited the Department of Chemical Engineering on 12 March 2026, reflecting their continued connection with their alma mater.

During the visit, 𝐌𝐫. 𝐊𝐡𝐮𝐫𝐫𝐚𝐦 𝐌𝐚𝐪𝐬𝐨𝐨𝐝, 𝐌𝐫. 𝐍𝐚𝐯𝐞𝐞𝐝 𝐉𝐚𝐧, and 𝐌𝐫. 𝐌.𝐀𝐟𝐳𝐚𝐥 𝐈𝐪𝐛𝐚𝐥 met with the Chairman of the department. The alumni fondly reminisced about their time at the university, shared memories of their student life, and expressed their deep affection and lasting bond with their alma mater.❤️

An Alumni and Industrial Advisory Board Meeting was held on 12 February 2026 in the Department of Chemical Engineering. The meeting brought together alumni and industry representatives to discuss 𝒅𝒆𝒑𝒂𝒓𝒕𝒎𝒆𝒏𝒕𝒂𝒍 𝒑𝒓𝒐𝒈𝒓𝒆𝒔𝒔 𝒂𝒏𝒅 𝒐𝒑𝒑𝒐𝒓𝒕𝒖𝒏𝒊𝒕𝒊𝒆𝒔 𝒇𝒐𝒓 𝒔𝒕𝒓𝒆𝒏𝒈𝒕𝒉𝒆𝒏𝒊𝒏𝒈 𝒂𝒄𝒂𝒅𝒆𝒎𝒊𝒄–𝒊𝒏𝒅𝒖𝒔𝒕𝒓𝒚 𝒄𝒐𝒍𝒍𝒂𝒃𝒐𝒓𝒂𝒕𝒊𝒐𝒏📈. During the session, 𝐃𝐫. An extension lecture titled “𝑩𝒆𝒚𝒐𝒏𝒅 𝒕𝒉𝒆 𝑫𝒆𝒈𝒓𝒆𝒆: 𝑩𝒖𝒊𝒍𝒅𝒊𝒏𝒈 𝒂 𝑱𝒐𝒃-𝑾𝒊𝒏𝒏𝒊𝒏𝒈 𝑷𝒓𝒐𝒇𝒊𝒍𝒆” was conducted on 18 February 2026 for students of the Department of Chemical Engineering. The session was delivered by 𝐔𝐬𝐦𝐚𝐧 𝐀𝐦𝐣𝐚𝐝, Founder of ATS Resume Writer, and a Career Strategist & LinkedIn Optimization Expert. The lecture focused on equipping students with practical strategies to transition effectively from academia to the professional world.

Key areas covered included resume development, LinkedIn profile optimization, networking strategies, and structured job search approaches aligned with current industry expectations. The session provided valuable insights to help students build a competitive professional profile and prepare confidently for the job market.💡

Mr. Yaqub delivered an insightful session titled “𝑯𝒐𝒘 𝒕𝒐 𝑩𝒖𝒊𝒍𝒅 𝒂 𝑺𝒖𝒄𝒄𝒆𝒔𝒔𝒇𝒖𝒍 𝑪𝒂𝒓𝒆𝒆𝒓,” where he shared valuable lessons from his extensive professional journey—from plant operations to executive leadership. The Faculty Staff Development Program (FSDP), in collaboration with SMEDA, organized a one-day seminar titled “𝑬𝒏𝒕𝒓𝒆𝒑𝒓𝒆𝒏𝒆𝒖𝒓𝒔𝒉𝒊𝒑 𝒂𝒔 𝒂 𝑪𝒂𝒓𝒆𝒆𝒓 𝑶𝒑𝒕𝒊𝒐𝒏” on 21 January 2026.

The seminar aimed to create awareness about entrepreneurship as a viable and rewarding career path, highlighting opportunities, challenges, and support mechanisms available for aspiring entrepreneurs. Participants gained insights into entrepreneurial thinking, business development, and the role of innovation in today’s evolving economic landscape.💡
