Unfortunately, I have seen many mothers complaining about their husbands who are the sole breadwinners of their families, doing multiple jobs or putting extra effort for their business to run. Please, try to be kind with him by realising what he is actually doing for the family. In some cases, I have seen fathers getting fed up with such repetitive narratives of their wives and taking U-turns. This is not in favour of anyone in the family.

Of many other huge misunderstandings, the one is the illusion of extremely exaggerated self-importance. We feel like things will stop without us. Our loved ones will be so paralyzed, helpless without us. People love us so much that they will also stop breathing if we die. Well, fortunately, nothing like this happens. In this world, people even forget those who are alive but are living like dead due to some illness or accident. Suddenly their importance declines. They are formally remembered sometime, only. This firm truth may bring much peace of mind, if we think. All over needless worries about the people and the world will go away. But this doesn't happen easily because along with this exaggerated feeling of self-importance, come the mighty vanity, arrogance, narcissism, ostentation and cruel disregard of others. But the fact stands right there, anyhow. The day the arrogant man dies, everything is buried with him. It's all an illusion.

Stay-home moms are doing nothing 🙄
But research tells moms have the hardest job. Sounds true. Why?
-24 hours high alert duty (burdening the nervous system)
- Highly compromised sleep (feels like no sleep for centuries)
-Affected social life
-Affected personal life(hobbies etc)
- No days off or even hours off.
- Extreme physical exertion (picking up, holding, stopping or playing with the child)
- Extreme emotional burden (extreme emotions, extreme worrying to extreme pleasure)
-Guilt of not being enough mom.
-Burden of dealing with husband and in-laws in Pakistani culture
- And much more

Sons need deep affection and intimacy with fathers along with mothers. While mother-son relationship gets too deep and sometimes a bit problematic for other family members, the necessary care and love is absent in the father-son relationship. Fulfilling this gap can improve the psychological health of male gender, and can improve their relationship skills and overall adjustment in society.
