PBTE Board of Governors Meeting | 20 August 2025

The Punjab Board of Technical Education (PBTE) held its Board of Governors meeting today. The meeting was graciously chaired by Ms. Sarah Rashid, Chairperson PBTE and convened by Mr. Muhammad Hafeez, Secretary PBTE Lahore. Mr. Muhammad Munawar Hussain, Controller of Examinations PBTE, Mr. Hafeez Ur Rehman, Deputy Secretary, PBTE and Mr. Muhammad Abbas, Audit Officer PBTE also participated in the meeting.

The Honourable BOG members deliberated on various agenda items pertaining to the welfare of TVETA sector and PBTE.

📢 PBTE Revised Exam Schedule for Annual Exams 2025 📢

Punjab Board of Technical Education (PBTE) has revised the exam schedule for:
✅Diploma of Associate Engineering (DAE),
✅Diploma of Associate Engineer (Sino-Pak),
✅Diploma in Dress Making & Dress Designing (DDM),
✅Bridge Courses (Level-3)

📌 Note:

Students will follow the schedule of their respective institutes.

🗓 Exam Start Dates:

📌 05 May 2025 – Start of Practical Exam 2nd/3rd/4th year
📌 19 June 2025 – Start of Theory Exam 1st/2nd/3rd/4th year
📌 21 July 2025 – Start Practical Exam 1st year

🗓 Fee Submission Deadlines:

✅ 18 March 2025 – Last date for submission of exam forms with a single fee
✅ 25 March 2025 – With double fee
✅ 07 April 2025 – With triple fee
✅ 17 April 2025 – With a fine of Rs. 500 per day

📢 PBTE Golden Chance & Additional Golden Chance – Annual Exams

✅ Last date for submission of forms for Golden Chance/Additional Golden Chance is 07 April 2025
✅ Fee for Golden Chance / Additional Golden Chance is Rs. 10,520/-
✅ Students whose institutes/colleges have been closed may send their admission forms through any PBTE-affiliated institute.

During the meeting with RDs, Principal & Focal Persons at GCT Multan, chaired by the esteemed Senior Director General,(TEVTA).
we finalized a unified ex*****on plan for the Construction Courses under the CM Skills Development Program.

The focus was on establishing standardized classrooms and labs across 5 GCTs, incorporating safety gadgets, industrial racks, modern equipment, and open construction yards designed to meet , 𝐢𝐧𝐭𝐞𝐫𝐧𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐚𝐥 𝐬𝐭𝐚𝐧𝐝𝐚𝐫𝐝𝐬 particularly for Saudi Arabia.

During discussion & detailed site and lab visits ensured consistency and alignment with objectives.

Engagement with overseas employment promoters was another milestone, where strategies were discussed to connect trainees with global job opportunities. Their input on teacher recruitment, trainee selection, and aligning training practices with international expectations further solidified the program’s vision.

These collaborative efforts, combined with impactful awareness campaigns, are driving this initiative toward setting new benchmarks in skill development and youth empowerment.

لاہور: پنجاب بورڈ آف ٹیکنیکل ایجوکیشن لاہور (PBTE) کی خواتین کرکٹ اور لان ٹینس ٹیموں نے پہلی بار آل پاکستان انٹربورڈ سپورٹس (کرکٹ اینڈ ٹینس 2024-25) کے مقابلوں میں حصہ لیا، جس کا انعقاد بورڈ آف انٹرمیڈیٹ اینڈ سیکنڈری ایجوکیشن پشاور نے پشاور میں کیا۔ یہ مقابلے خواتین کھلاڑیوں کے لیے ایک تاریخی لمحہ ثابت ہوئے ہیں، اور ان میں شمولیت پنجاب بورڈ آف ٹیکنیکل ایجوکیشن کی چیئرپرسن صاحبزادی وسیمہ عمر اور انچارج سپورٹس، ڈپٹی سیکرٹری محمد حفیظ کی خصوصی کاوشوں کا نتیجہ ہے۔
پنجاب بورڈ کی لان ٹینس ٹیم نے بہترین کھیل کا مظاہرہ کرتے ہوئے مقابلوں میں تیسری پوزیشن حاصل کی۔ جبکہ کرکٹ کے مقابلوں میں پنجاب بورڈ کی کھلاڑی حفصہ عدنان نے شاندار بیٹنگ کی، جس کی بدولت ان کی کارکردگی نے سب کی توجہ حاصل کی۔ حفصہ عدنان کی بہترین کارکردگی کے بعد انہیں پاکستان کے تمام ایجوکیشن بورڈز کی انٹرنیشنل ٹیم کے کیمپ میں شامل کر لیا گیا ہے۔
چیئرپرسن پنجاب بورڈ آف ٹیکنیکل ایجوکیشن لاہور محترمہ وسیمہ عمر، سیکرٹری محمد عدنان اور انچارج سپورٹس پی بی ٹی ای، ڈپٹی سیکرٹری محمد حفیظ نے دونوں ٹیموں کی شاندار کارکردگی پر انہیں خراجِ تحسین پیش کیا۔ انہوں نے کہا کہ پہلی دفعہ شمولیت کے باوجود کھلاڑیوں نے پروفیشنل انداز میں کھیل کا مظاہرہ کیا، جو کہ ایک قابل فخر لمحہ ہے۔ چیئرپرسن محترمہ وسیمہ عمر نے حفصہ عدنان کی بیٹنگ کی تعریف کرتے ہوئے ان کے لیے نیک تمناؤں کا اظہار کیا اور کہا کہ پنجاب بورڈ ان کھلاڑیوں کی ہر ممکن حمایت جاری رکھے گا تاکہ وہ مزید کامیابیاں حاصل کر سکیں۔ انہوں نے کہا کہ یہ کامیابیاں پنجاب بورڈ آف ٹیکنیکل ایجوکیشن لاہور کی کھلاڑیوں کی محنت اور لگن کا نتیجہ ہیں جو ان کو مزید آگے بڑھنے میں ان کی راہ ہموار کریں گی۔ یہی کھلاڑی اپنی محنت اور لگن جاری رکھ کر مستقبل میں ملک کا نام بھی روشن کریں گے۔ پنجاب بورڈ آف ٹیکنیکل ایجوکیشن لاہور کی جانب سے اس تاریخی کامیابی پر تمام کھلاڑیوں، کوچز اور دیگر معاون عملے کو مبارکباد پیش کی جاتی ہے۔

ایڈیشنل گولڈن چانس کا نوٹیفکیشن جاری کر دیا گیا

پنجاب بورڈ آف ٹیکنیکل ایجوکیشن لاہور نے 2006 سے لے کر 2016 تک کی رجسٹریشن والے DAE/DDM کے فیل نو چانس والے سٹوڈنٹس کے لیے ایڈیشنل گولڈن چانس کا نوٹیفکیشن جاری کر دیا ہے۔
جو سٹوڈنٹس پہلے گولڈن چانس کا امتحان دے چکے ہیں وہ سٹوڈنٹس بھی اس سنہری موقع سے فائدہ اٹھا سکتے ہیں۔
گولڈن چانس کا امتحان پہلا سالانہ امتحان 2025 کے ساتھ لیا جائے گا۔
بورڈ کی طرف سے یہ امتحان پہلا سالانہ 2025 کے ساتھ اس لیے لیا جا رہا ہے تاکہ سٹوڈنٹس کو تیاری کا موقع مل سکے لہذا وہ سٹوڈنٹس جو فیل نو چانس ہو چکے ہیں وہ ابھی سے تیاری شروع کر دیں۔
امتحانی شیڈیول کے لیے اپنے ادارے سے مسلسل رابطہ رکھیں۔
پنجاب بورڈ آف ٹیکنیکل ایجوکیشن کی ویب سائٹ اور فیس بک پیج پر بھی وزٹ کرتے رہیں۔
