🌟 5 Steps I Used to Become a Peak Performer
Transforming my life from unemployed and depressed to international coach 🗣️and serial entrepreneur. 💼
1️⃣ Prioritize sleep (7-9 hrs), exercise (40 min +), nutrition (fresh and variety), hydration (body weight in ounces), and getting sunlight ☀️ (30 min +). Make these non-negotiables.

2️⃣ Take at least one day off per week from work 🗓️. Active recovery is essential to avoid burnout and maintaining quality hours of work.

3️⃣ Take 15-20 minute breaks after 90-120 minutes of work. This helps reduce cognitive load, which optimizes your brain 🧠 to focus on the task at hand. During these breaks, practice mindfulness or breathing techniques for an added benefit.

4️⃣ Surround yourself with other Peak Performers🥇. Basically, if you are around other people with similar goals and habits, you will be more successful. If you are around people with poor habits, they will pull you down.

5️⃣ Focus on the process over the goal. When you have a goal you want to achieve, break it down into daily habits. With consistent habits, you will likely surpass your goal. Our daily habits are the foundation to Peak Performance.
