Are you excellent at written communication, highly organized, and passionate about sales? We need a dedicated individual to manage and convert leads via WhatsApp, selling airline tickets from Lahore to various destinations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Responding promptly and professionally to all customer inquiries via WhatsApp.
• Providing accurate information on flight availability, pricing, and travel requirements.
• Effectively managing the sales pipeline to achieve and exceed weekly/monthly targets.
• Maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction and building lasting relationships.
Requirements:
• Prior experience in sales or customer service, preferably in the travel/airline industry, is a plus.
• Excellent written communication skills in English and Urdu.
• Proficiency in using WhatsApp Business and other communication tools.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Must be based in/near Lahore.
