🌷حقوق المسلم علی المسلم 🌷
اسلام، امن و سلامتی، محبت و اخوت، حسنِ سلوک اور خیر خواہی کا دین ہے۔ اس دینِ کامل نے انسان کو جہاں اپنے خالق و مالک کے حقوق کی ادائیگی کا درس دیا، وہیں بندوں کے حقوق کو بھی دین کا اہم حصہ قرار دیا۔
انسانی معاشرت کی خوبصورتی، حسنِ تعلق، باہمی احترام، اور روحانی سکون تب ہی ممکن ہے جب ہر فرد دوسرے کا حق پہچانے اور اسے خوش دلی سے ادا کرے۔

رسول اکرم ﷺ نے مسلمانوں کے باہمی تعلقات کو مستحکم کرنے کے لیے چند بنیادی اور لازمی حقوق مقرر فرمائے، جن پر عمل کرنا ہر مسلمان پر فرض ہے۔
یہ حقوق نہ صرف معاشرے میں محبت، رواداری، اور اتحاد پیدا کرتے ہیں بلکہ اخروی نجات کا بھی ذریعہ بنتے ہیں۔

عَنْ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ رَضِيَ اللهُ عَنْهُ قَالَ: قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ ﷺ: "حَقُّ الْمُسْلِمِ عَلَى الْمُسْلِمِ سِتٌّ" قِيلَ: مَا هُنَّ يَا رَسُولَ اللَّهِ؟ قَالَ: "إِذَا لَقِيتَهُ فَسَلِّمْ عَلَيْهِ، وَإِذَا دَعَاكَ فَأَجِبْهُ، وَإِذَا اسْتَنْصَحَكَ فَانْصَحْ لَهُ، وَإِذَا عَطَسَ فَحَمِدَ اللَّهَ فَشَمِّتْهُ، وَإِذَا مَرِضَ فَعُدْهُ، وَإِذَا مَاتَ فَاتْبَعْهُ"

(صحیح مسلم: 2162، صحیح بخاری: 1240)

ترجمہ:
حضرت ابوہریرہ رضی اللہ عنہ سے روایت ہے، رسول اللہ ﷺ نے فرمایا:
"مسلمان کے مسلمان پر چھ حق ہیں۔" عرض کیا گیا: یا رسول اللہ! وہ کون سے ہیں؟
فرمایا:
➊ جب اس سے ملو تو اسے سلام کرو،
➋ جب وہ تمہیں دعوت دے تو قبول کرو،
➌ جب وہ تم سے خیرخواہی کا مشورہ مانگے تو اسے نصیحت کرو،
➍ جب وہ چھینکے اور "الحمدللہ" کہے تو جواب دو (یعنی "یرحمک اللہ" کہو)،
➎ جب وہ بیمار ہو تو اس کی عیادت کرو،
➏ اور جب وہ فوت ہو جائے تو اس کے جنازے کے ساتھ جاؤ۔

ان چھ حقوق کی تفصیلی وضاحت:

➊ سلام کرنا اور اس کا جواب دینا:
اسلامی معاشرت کی بنیاد "السلام علیکم" جیسے بابرکت الفاظ پر ہے۔ سلام کرنا سنت اور جواب دینا واجب ہے۔

قرآن میں ارشاد ہے:
"وَإِذَا حُيِّيتُم بِتَحِيَّةٍ فَحَيُّوا بِأَحْسَنَ مِنْهَا أَوْ رُدُّوهَا"
(النساء: 86)
"جب تمہیں کوئی سلام کرے تو اس سے بہتر جواب دو، یا ویسا ہی لوٹا دو۔"

سلام دلوں کو جوڑتا، کینہ دور کرتا، اور محبت پیدا کرتا ہے۔

➋ دعوت قبول کرنا:
جب مسلمان کسی کو دعوت دے، خاص طور پر ولیمہ یا خوشی کی دعوت، تو اس کو قبول کرنا سنت ہے۔ اس سے آپس میں محبت، عزت اور تعلق بڑھتا ہے۔

نبی ﷺ نے فرمایا:
"من دُعي إلى طعام فلم يُجب فقد عصى الله ورسوله"
"جسے کھانے کی دعوت دی جائے اور وہ قبول نہ کرے تو اس نے اللہ اور اس کے رسول کی نافرمانی کی۔"
(ابو داود)

➌ خیرخواہی کرنا (نصیحت دینا):
اگر کوئی مسلمان تم سے رائے یا مشورہ مانگے تو دل سے، سچائی کے ساتھ، بغض و حسد کے بغیر خالص خیرخواہی پر مبنی نصیحت دینا اس کا حق ہے۔

نبی کریم ﷺ نے فرمایا:
"الدِّينُ النَّصِيحَةُ"
"دین سراسر خیرخواہی کا نام ہے۔"
(صحیح مسلم)

➍ چھینکنے والے کے لیے دعا دینا:

جب کوئی مسلمان چھینک کر "الحمدللہ" کہے تو سنت یہ ہے کہ جواب میں "یرحمک اللہ" کہا جائے، پھر وہ جواب دے: "يَهْدِيكُمُ اللَّهُ وَيُصْلِحُ بَالَكُمْ"۔

یہ چھوٹی سی سنت، دلوں کو جوڑنے، اخوت بڑھانے، اور شفقت و رحمت کے پھیلاؤ کا ذریعہ ہے۔

➎ عیادت کرنا (مریض پرسی):

عیادت سے نہ صرف مریض کو حوصلہ ملتا ہے بلکہ زائر کو بھی روحانی فائدہ ہوتا ہے۔

نبی ﷺ نے فرمایا:
"ما من مسلم يعود مسلمًا غدوةً إلا صلّى عليه سبعون ألف ملك حتى يمسي..."
"جو شخص صبح کے وقت کسی مریض کی عیادت کرے، اس کے لیے ستر ہزار فرشتے شام تک دعائیں کرتے ہیں۔"
(ترمذی)

➏ جنازے میں شرکت کرنا:

جنازے کے ساتھ جانا، نماز پڑھنا اور تدفین تک شریک رہنا، یہ سب سنت اور اجر عظیم کا سبب ہے۔

نبی ﷺ نے فرمایا:
"من تبع جنازة مسلم إيمانًا واحتسابًا وكان معه حتى يُصلى عليها ويُفرغ من دفنها، فإنه يرجع من الأجر بقيراطين، كل قيراط مثل أحد."
"جو شخص ایمان و ثواب کی نیت سے مسلمان کے جنازے کے ساتھ جائے، اور دفن تک شریک رہے تو اسے دو قیراط اجر ملے گا، ہر قیراط اُحد پہاڑ کے برابر ہے۔"
(صحیح بخاری)

اگر مسلمان ان چھ حقوق کو سچے دل سے ادا کرنے لگیں تو:

دلوں میں نفرت کی جگہ محبت آ جائے

رنجشوں کی جگہ بھائی چارہ پیدا ہو

بے رخی کی جگہ خیرخواہی، اور

تناؤ کی جگہ سکون اور وحدت قائم ہو جائے

آج ہمارے معاشرے میں مسلمان ایک دوسرے سے بدظن، لاتعلق اور بعض اوقات دشمن بنے بیٹھے ہیں۔ اس حدیث مبارکہ میں امت کی اصلاح اور نجات کا پیغام ہے۔ یہ چھ اعمال معمولی دکھائی دیتے ہیں، مگر ان کے اثرات اتنے گہرے ہیں کہ اگر ہر مسلمان ان پر عمل کرے تو پوری امت کے دل ایک ہو سکتے ہیں۔

آئیے! ان چھ حقوق کو اپنا شعار بنائیں اور نبی کریم ﷺ کی اس تعلیم پر عمل کر کے دنیا و آخرت میں کامیابی حاصل کریں۔

> اللهم اجعلنا من المتحابين فيك، والمتزاورين فيك، والمتعاونين على البر والتقوى، آمين۔

🌷The Rights of a Muslim upon Another Muslim🌷

Islam is the religion of peace, security, love, brotherhood, good conduct, and sincere well-wishing. This perfect faith not only teaches us to fulfill the rights of our Creator and Sustainer but also places great emphasis on the rights of fellow human beings.

The beauty of a healthy society, strong relationships, mutual respect, and inner peace can only be achieved when every individual recognizes and willingly fulfills the rights of others.

To strengthen the bond among Muslims, the Messenger of Allah ﷺ outlined certain fundamental and obligatory rights that every Muslim owes to another. Practicing these rights fosters love, harmony, unity in society, and leads to salvation in the Hereafter.

✦ Hadith (Agreed Upon):

> Narrated by Abu Hurairah (RA):
The Messenger of Allah ﷺ said:
"The rights of one Muslim upon another are six."
It was asked, “What are they, O Messenger of Allah?” He replied:
➊ When you meet him, greet him with Salam;
➋ When he invites you, accept his invitation;
➌ When he seeks your advice, give him sincere counsel;
➍ When he sneezes and says 'Alhamdulillah', say to him 'YarhamukAllah';
➎ When he falls ill, visit him;
➏ When he dies, attend his funeral.

(Sahih Muslim: 2162, Sahih Bukhari: 1240)

✦ Explanation of the Six Rights:

➊ Greeting with Salam and Responding:

The foundation of Islamic society lies in the blessed words “Assalamu Alaikum.” Initiating Salam is Sunnah, while replying is an obligation.

📖 Qur’an says:

> “When you are greeted with a greeting, respond with a better one or return it equally.”
(Surah An-Nisa: 86)

Salam removes grudges, increases love, and brings hearts closer.

➋ Accepting Invitations:

When a Muslim invites you — especially to a wedding or happy occasion — accepting it is a Sunnah. It strengthens bonds of love, respect, and connection.

📜 The Prophet ﷺ said:

> “Whoever is invited to a meal but does not accept, has disobeyed Allah and His Messenger.”
(Abu Dawud)

➌ Offering Sincere Advice:

If a Muslim seeks your counsel or advice, it is his right that you offer him sincere guidance — purely for the sake of Allah, without envy, deceit, or hidden motives.

📜 The Prophet ﷺ said:

> “Ad-deenu an-naseeha”
“The religion is sincere advice.”
(Sahih Muslim)

➍ Saying 'YarhamukAllah' to the One Who Sneezes:

When a Muslim sneezes and praises Allah by saying “Alhamdulillah,” it is Sunnah to reply with “YarhamukAllah.” Then, the sneezer replies:
“Yahdikumullah wa yuslihu balakum.”

This small act is a beautiful gesture of compassion, brotherhood, and mutual love.

➎ Visiting the Sick:

Visiting a sick person uplifts their spirits and earns the visitor immense spiritual reward.

📜 The Prophet ﷺ said:

> “When a Muslim visits his sick brother in the morning, seventy thousand angels pray for him until the evening...”
(Tirmidhi)

➏ Attending the Funeral:

Attending the funeral prayer and burial of a fellow Muslim is a Sunnah with tremendous reward.

📜 The Prophet ﷺ said:

> “Whoever follows the funeral procession of a Muslim with faith and seeking reward, and remains until the prayer and burial is completed, will earn two rewards — each like the size of Mount Uhud.”
(Sahih Bukhari)

If Muslims sincerely fulfill these six rights, then:

Hatred will turn into love

Grudges will become brotherhood

Indifference will transform into sincere care

Tension will be replaced with peace and unity

Today, Muslims are distant, suspicious, and sometimes even hostile toward one another. This blessed Hadith of the Prophet ﷺ carries a timeless message of reform and unity. These six actions may seem simple but have a profound impact. If every Muslim starts practicing them sincerely, hearts will unite and the Ummah will be healed.

Let us make these six rights our lifestyle and revive the teachings of our beloved Prophet ﷺ — for success in this world and the Hereafter.

> O Allah! Make us among those who love one another for Your sake, visit one another for Your sake, and cooperate upon righteousness and piety. Ameen.
