User Experience (UX) Researcher and Interaction Designer required for a Software House.

Suitable Qualifications and Requirments
1. Bachelors or Masters in Human-computer interaction, Sociology, Psychology, Information Science, Computer Science (or similar), or equivalent experience.
2. Exp with qualitative and/or quantitative data collection and Analysis.
3. Exp with projects involving cross functional teams.

4. BA/BS Degree in design (e.g. interaction, graphic, visual communications, product, industrial), HCI, CS or a related field, or equivalent practical exp.
5. Exp working with user centered design/human factors specialists.
6. Knowledge of how to best design to solver business and user problems.
7. Ability to undestand the needs of the customers.
8. Design fundamentals including information design, visual design, industry UI standards for desktop and Web based applications, and ease of use best practices.
9. Exp with design Tools including PhotoShop, Visio and Dream Weaver.

Excellent communication and presentation skills.
