Oral Awareness program for UMT Family, organized by Office of External Relations (OER) and School of Health Sciences ( SHS ) in collaboration with Akhtar Saeed Medical and Dental College (AMDC) on 2nd May 2019 at University of Management and Technology (UMT) Lahore campus.

Participants, as well as staff, took part in oral hygiene examining and were given the detailed evaluation report for their overall hygiene status and educated the community about oral health in terms of brushing techniques, eating habits and nutrition.

Around 400 participants in total were examined by 25 qualified Doctors from AMDC.

Director External Relations- Mr. Rana Iftikhar Ahmad thanked the Lead Doctor DR. Yaser Ishaq - Assistant Professor (Oral Surgery) at Akhtar Saeed Medical & Dental College and presented a Souvenir to him.

A Session on Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) and Sustainable Development Goals (SDG's) organized by the Office of External Relations (OER) in collaboration with Pakistan Centre for Philanthropy ( P*P), Office of Research Innovation and Commercialization (ORIC) and ILM Fund at University of Management and Technology (UMT) on 30th April 2019

The informative session was enjoyed by several participants as well as Faculty and Staff of UMT where the attendees were able to know the importance of SDG'S in the corporate world.

At the end of the session, Certificates were distributed among attendee's and Souvenirs were presented to the Distinguished Speakers:

Director General UMT- Abid HK Shirwani sb appreciated the efforts of all engaged departments and highlighted the importance of CSR and SDG's and urged the strong collaboration and participation of such similar ventures among P*P and UMT in future!
