The last day of the Annual Teachers' Training Workshop left indelible marks on the mental horizon of the attendees due to the charismatic personality of the accomplished scholar, Professor Dr. Zafar Iqbal Qureshi. The esteemed guest speaker approached the "Philosophy of Education" in the most unconventional and lucid way, keeping the audience on the edge of their seats. The speaker painted vivid imagery by seamlessly integrating anecdotes that added a dynamic dimension to the talk. He placed particular emphasis on flexibility, open- mindedness and the commitment to the well-being of individuals.
In the second half of the Training Session, the distinguished speaker again dealt with the elementary yet universal subject of "What Makes a Good Teacher" in a very intelligible manner. He explicitly delivered the traits, habits and qualities of a teacher, endeavouring to be a better version of himself.The apt reference to Abraham Lincoln's letter to his son's teacher provided a unique perspective that resonated with the audience. It was through and through an invaluable experience for the whole DHAES faculty to have a prolific scholar among them and gather a plethora of takeaways from his sagacity and prudence.
Director DHA Education System also shared the vision of the organisation with the staff to foster alignment, motivation and a sense of purpose which can lead to increased engagement, better decision making and a stronger commitment to achieving common objectives.

An erudite discourse was presented by a veteran scholar of Philosophy, Professor Dr. Ghazala Irfan, on the 8th day of the Annual Teachers' Training Workshop 2023. The well-versed speaker encouraged the educators to create such an environment in the classrooms where students are allowed to form their own conclusions based on evidence and reasoned analysis without being coerced into adopting specific point of views. She showcased the importance of exploring the "Road to Enlightenment" through the lens of 10 commandments: inquisitiveness; moderate skepticism; eternal search for truth; analytical viewpoint; coherent argumentation; conjecture and refutation; modification of beliefs; seeking simplicity and living and loving the truth.
The engaging discourse studded with anecdotes served to illustrate complex concepts and captivate the audience's attention, making the scholarly content more relatable and memorable.
In the session about "Philosophies of Education", the speaker delved into the thoughtful exploration of different philosophies in educational context, especially emphasizing the relevance of Progressivism (favouring practical skills) and Perennialism (valuing intellectual and moral development) in the educational landscape.

In an effort to cultivate a supportive and engaging learning environment and strengthen teacher-student relationships, a training session was conducted on the 7th day of the Annual Teachers Training Workshop by a renowned educationist, Ms.Seema Shahid, who elucidated her discourse through interactive elements and real-life examples. She accentuated the promotion of collaboration,celebration of diversity and prioritising open communication among all stakeholders, in order to build a strong school culture. The session equipped the educators with tools to foster a conducive academic culture, promote respect and inclusivity, lift all communication barriers and address conflicts effectively.
Administrator DHA Lahore, Brig Waheed Gul Satti, SI(M), also graced the occasion and extended his heartfelt gratitude and appreciation for the all-out efforts and dedication of the faculty. He acknowledged the visionary leadership of DHAES for providing the training forum to its teachers to enhance the overall quality of education.

An enlightening and informative discourse was held by our eminent speaker, Brigadier Mehmud Bashir Bajwa, on 6th day of Annual Teachers' Training Workshop 2023. The topics under discussion were "Students' Personality Grooming" and Education for Leadership". The speaker motivated the teachers to initially determine prominent personality style of each student and subsequently capitalize their strengths and eliminate their weaknesses. The audience got immersed in the actionable insights into leadership styles and triangle of success and found those very pertinent.

An interactive in-house training session was conducted by four competent language instructors of DHA Education System on the 5th day of the Teachers' Training Workshop 2023. The presenters delved into the basics of "Acquiring Functional English" and made the attendees alive to the significance of functional English.They pin-pointed the common language errors and shared multiple strategies for their elimination. Familiarizing the faculty with various social media platforms, and resources to acquire mastery over the practical language was also a major part of today's discourse.The presenters scaffolded the basics of the four languages skills aptly and addressed the queries tactfully.

On 4th day of the Annual Teachers' Training Workshop, a highly-esteemed senior scholar, Brig Syed Ishfaq Ali, SI(M) graced the occasion as a guest speaker and elucidated the topics “ Teachers Personality Grooming” and “The Art of Mentoring" pragmatically. In a very impressive and comprehensible manner, teachers were made to realize their own significance and role in the realm of education. The relationship between the mentor and mentee and the strategies to enhance its effectiveness were also explicated profoundly.

Two very crucial topics of Human Resource Management, "Teachers as leaders and managers" and "Developing professional skills in teachers" were elaborated at length by the worthy guest speaker,Lt Col Sohail Akram, on the 3rd day of the Annual Teachers Training Workshop 2023.
