Microbe Sketching Competition (MSC): A Learning Approach to Raise Awareness about Microbes among Students of Pakistan and El Salvador, USA. The students from University of veterinary and animal sciences, Lahore, Pakistan (UVAS) and Dr. José Matías Delgado University, El Salvador participated in this event. The winners of this contest were awarded with cash prizes and special diplomas signed by the presidents of ASM International student chapters of both countries. Eighteen students from University of veterinary and animal sciences, Lahore, Pakistan participated in this event and submit their sketching’s for review. Six best drawings from Pakistan and Three from El Salvador were selected by judges for cash prizes. The prizes were

4th Prize 5$

6th Prize 5$

ASM international student chapter at UVAS Ravi campus started a public awareness campaign about Congo virus on the Holy Occasion of Eid al-Adha 2018. We successfully distributed 1000 Pamphlets among the local community and animal holders across the Pakistan. Our volunteers visited a number of Railway stations, Nursery farms, and various herds to have a brief discussion about causes prevention and possible treatment of Congo-virus.
