The AI-Enabled Organisations: Strategy to Action for Senior Executives programme concluded at the Rausing Executive Development Centre (REDC), LUMS, bringing together senior leaders to explore how organisations can move from understanding artificial intelligence to creating tangible business value through its strategic adoption.
Led by our distinguished faculty, Dr. Suleman Shahid, and Dr. Ussama Yaqub, the programme provided participants with a comprehensive learning journey covering AI fundamentals, generative AI, organisational transformation, AI strategy, governance, data foundations, innovation, ethics, compliance, and emerging agentic AI systems. Through case discussions, hands-on exercises, and practical applications, participants examined how leading organisations are leveraging AI to enhance decision-making, redesign processes, strengthen competitive advantage, and drive innovation at scale.
The programme challenged executives to look beyond AI as a technology initiative and instead view it as a strategic organisational capability. Participants leave equipped with a stronger understanding of how to develop AI-ready organisations, build responsible AI practices, identify value-creation opportunities, and lead transformation in an increasingly AI-driven business environment.
As AI continues to reshape industries and redefine competitive advantage, organisations will be distinguished not by access to technology alone, but by leaders who can translate technological potential into sustainable business impact.
Building high-performing organisations therefore requires leaders and managers who understand how to attract, develop, engage, and retain talent effectively.
The Building Blocks of Human Resource Management programme at the Rausing Executive Development Centre provides participants with a practical understanding of the core principles, processes, and practices that underpin effective people management.
From talent acquisition and performance management to employee development, engagement, and organisational effectiveness, the programme equips participants with the knowledge and frameworks needed to align people practices with business objectives and create stronger workplace outcomes.
Because organisational success is ultimately built on the capability, commitment, and performance of people.
