The children actively participated in different fun games and activities and enjoyed the trip with great excitement and happiness. A special lunch was also arranged at *Jade Café,* making the visit even more memorable and enjoyable.🌸

*LIHS* Team successfully conducted Monthly Leaders Development Day *(LDD)* to review progress through Key Performance Indicators *(KPIs)* and strengthen future planning through team coordination.
Campus Heads of *Kashana and MCH* presented detailed KPI reports, while core team members shared achievements, challenges, and upcoming targets.
The session provided a productive platform for collaboration, reflection, and strategic planning, ensuring continuous improvement in operational performance and educational outcomes.🌹

*LIHS–Kashana Home* celebrated *Mother’s Day* during the children’s weekly *Bazm-e-Tameer* program. The girls of Kashana Home paid tribute to all mothers through colorful and heartfelt performances, making the event both meaningful and memorable.🌹

During the monthly *Meer-e-Karwan* session, by Operational Head children and staff of Kashana Home were shown an inspiring film, *“Hayat,”* conveying the message of moving from darkness to light. The film highlighted a young girl’s hard work, perseverance, determination, and pursuit of success, while emphasizing key moral values such as the importance of *education, responsibility, time management, patience, self-confidence, positive thinking, mutual respect, cleanliness and trust in Allah.*
Both children and staff watched the film with great interest and prepared written reflections, which were shared at the end of the session. The activity proved to be highly informative and motivating, contributing positively to their intellectual, moral, and personal development.
At the conclusion, all participants collectively identified ten key takeaways and expressed their commitment to implementing them in their daily lives.🌹

A group of probationary officers (CSS officers) from PAS Campus visited Kashana Home for an institutional exposure visit. During the visit, the officers were provided with a comprehensive briefing on the LIHS framework, highlighting the organizational structure, child protection model, and support services.
Following the briefing, the officers engaged with the children through interactive discussions and recreational activities, including Tug of War and Badminton. The visit concluded with a shared lunch, fostering bonding and creating a warm and joyful atmosphere. The interaction proved encouraging and emotionally uplifting for the children, making the visit both meaningful and impactful.🌹

A delegation from Aghosh College Murree visited Kashana Home. This was their first visit to the Kashana home. They met with the Operational Head and appreciated the work being done for the children. The delegation also praised the efforts of the LIHS team and expressed interest in supporting Kashana Home in the future.
