The Karachi Biennale is looking for dancers, singers, and artists to take part in an upcoming artwork by one of the leading international figures working in the realm of live arts. "Yet untitled", work consists of a meditative exchange between 2-3 people using voice and movement. The work is durational, combining pop and experimental music, beatboxing, dance, and seated meditative practices. While previous experience with singing is advantageous, it is not a prerequisite.
The artwork will take place during the Karachi Biennale from October 26 to November 10, 2024. Training and rehearsals will commence from the beginning of October. Participants should be available to work during the daytime, for the entire exhibition period, and will be financially compensated for training, rehearsals, and presentation during the exhibition.

Please include a photo of yourself and a few sentences to describe your interest in the project, qualifications, and links to online materials (if you have them). The deadline for applications is September 7th, 2024.
Applications will be reviewed by the artist and members of his production team with auditions taking place online in September.

**Job Description:**

Hi everyone,

We are working on an independent, short dance film project set in Sindh and are looking for talented individuals to join our team. The details are as follows:

1. **Camera Operator/DOP**: Required for 2 days of shooting with a
ABILITY TO OPERATE Blackmagic BMPCC 6K camera (including a 3-lens kit wich we have). The shoot will take place between the 4th and 8th of the September at Manchar Lake, Sindh.

2. **Drone Operator with Drone**: Needed for 1 day of shooting at the same location.

3. **Sound Recorder**: We also need a professional for recording sound, designing the background score, and producing the score.

4. **Post-Production Crew**: This includes a colorist, editor, title designer, and packaging specialist to complete the project.

Soliloquy - Monologue Writing & Performance Workshop

• Writing for theatre and introduction to drama
• Direction
• Theatre games for team building
• Theatre exercise for confidence building and self empowerment
• Understanding of characters psychology and character development with its relation to story and drama.
• In this applied learning course all participant will apply their learning and prepare a small production.

The 3-month course will culminate into a theatrical production as a soloist performance and present at the very first “Karachi Monologue Festival”.
