*Report on Financial Literacy Seminar*

A seminar on *Financial Literacy* was organized today by the Commerce Department, headed by *Ms. Anum Mahmood*.

Officials from *State Bank of Pakistan, United Bank Limited (UBL), and Albaraka Bank* participated as focal persons for the session. They conducted awareness activities for students, emphasizing the importance of financial literacy.

The session included:
1. Distribution of financial literacy material to students.
2. Briefing on digital accounts and their benefits.
3. Provision of refreshments for all attending students.

The seminar successfully enhanced students’ understanding of basic financial concepts and digital banking services.

Govt. Islamia Graduate College Cooper Road Lahore A memorandum of understanding(MOU) between department of social work and Pakistan Red Crescent Society has signed today 21.5.2026

Worthy Madam Principal Dr. Fauzia Naz and Mr. Rao Zaka ur Rehman Secretary PRCS signed the memorandum of understanding.
Dr. Fauzia Saeed deputy director health and Ms. Majida Yahya, head of the department signed the MOU as witness of the ceremony.

Mr.Rizwan Assistant Secretary from PRCS graced the occasion.
