PHD BUSINESS MANAGEMENT PROGRAM AT HCBF STARTING SOON!!!
We are excited to announce that HEC, vide Letter No. 1-68/2022/QAD-NOC/HEC/TUOP/565 dated 23rd August 2022, has issued NO OBJECTION CERTIFICATE for launch of Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) Business Management at Hailey College of Banking & finance, University of the Punjab, Lahore.
We congratulate Prof. Dr. Mubbsher Munawar Khan, Principal HCBF for achieving this milestone, as we are witness to all his efforts to start PhD degree program at college. Dr. Khan while expressing his immense pleasure said research is primary function of every university. He said it is an academic function which creates knowledge and also attracts projects and grants. He believes that research on timely and important topics attracts attention, which in turn leads to greater institutional visibility and reputation. He added that strength in research helps to define a university’s “brand” in the national and international marketplace, impacting everything from student recruitment, to faculty retention, to attracting new investments.
He said, HCBF students, both undergraduate and graduate, will benefit from studying in an environment rich in research and creativity.
