Oman Air Cuts Pakistan Routes
Oman Air cancels flights to Islamabad, Lahore, Colombo, and Chittagong as part of its network restructuring plan.
The airline aims to optimize schedules and cater to the Omani market by revising flight times and offering greater convenience for passengers.
Oman Air adds flights to Sialkot and seasonal services to Male, Trabzon, and Zurich, while reducing frequencies on select Southeast Asia routes.

Airlines urge White House to end Covid international travel testing rules
Major airlines, business and travel groups urged the White House on Wednesday to end Covid-19 pre-departure testing requirements for vaccinated international passengers travelling to the United States.
Airlines for America, the US Chamber of Commerce, International Air Transport Association, Aerospace Industries Association, the US Travel Association and other groups called for a change in a letter to White House coronavirus response coordinator Jeff Zients.

US airlines cancel more than 2,000 flights ahead of snowstorm
US airlines have begun pre-emptively cancelling thousands of flights ahead of a harsh winter storm expected to dump up to 71cm (28in) of snow in some regions in the northeastern USA over the weekend.
By 530pm Eastern time on 28 January, United Airlines, Delta Air Lines, American Airlines, Alaska Airlines - including their regional affiliates - as well as JetBlue Airways, Spirit Airlines, Frontier Airlines and Southwest Airlines have collectively cancelled more than 2,200 connections.
New York-based JetBlue has so far cancelled 50% of its schedule for Saturday, or 418 connections, according to flight tracking website FlightAware.com
