When you assemble a cake and reach a problem what should you do:
1. STOP, THINK ANS KEEP ON MOVONG FORWARD. Don't give up. There is always room to maneuver in the kitchen
2. Ask for help. When in doubt your instructor and fellow peers will always help you out of a jam. Shout out to Salaar's peer and pastry chef alum Manal.
3. Be proud of the accomplishment, take notes of where to improve and practice again and agin. Finish the cake and share with loved ones.

If all else fails, get a friend to grab a rolling pin and push them to have you make it again from scratch.

SCAFA is a place for learning, creating beautiful products, making mistakes and correcting them, making friends and above all else know that learning is a fun journey...
