Premier DLC, a project of Beaconhouse Group, was launched in September 2012 in Lahore. Corporate training ranging from soft and technical skills development courses was incorporated into the mainstream specialization of the project. As the scope and the impact of the training and development field has grown, the projects focus has broadened to link the public and private sectors by opening doors, exclusively providing Beaconhouse designed, Training and development need based courses, available for external organizations as well. We advocate training and workforce development as a business tool, where, the courses delve into management and soft skill programs aligning core workforce competencies to enhance the bottom line impact of the programs. A New Chapter for Education in Sindh

We are proud to announce the signing of a Letter of Understanding (LoU) between Premier Diverse Learning Concept (PDLC) – Beaconhouse Group and the School Education & Literacy Department, Government of Sindh (SELD) on the occasion of International Literacy Day.
Building on more than a decade of collaboration through various education initiatives and government programmes, this partnership marks an important step towards supporting Sindh’s education priorities.
As a strategic and technical partner to SELD, PDLC looks forward to contributing in key areas including teacher development, Early Childhood Care and Education (ECCE), and other initiatives focused on improving learning outcomes.
We extend our sincere gratitude to the Minister for Education and Literacy, Government of Sindh, Mr. Syed Sardar Ali Shah, the Secretary SELD, Mr. Zahid Abbasi, and the entire SELD team for their trust and collaboration.

We are pleased to announce the extension of the contract between KP HCIP and Premier DLC (Beaconhouse Group) for the establishment of the Digital Content Lab at the Directorate of Professional Development (DPD), under the World Bank-supported education initiative.

The Digital Content Lab will support the digitization of educational content and the development of technology-enabled learning and training resources for teachers and education professionals across Khyber Pakhtunkhwa.

The facility will also connect with Regional Professional Development Centres (RPDCs), expanding access to quality digital teaching and professional development resources through a Learning Management System.

This collaboration marks an important step towards modernizing teacher training, strengthening digital education, and expanding access to quality learning resources across the province.
