‘THE EDUCATORS’ Shahdra Campus successfully celebrated its Annual Day, bringing together students, teachers and parents for a joyful and memorable occasion. The event featured cultural performances and prize distribution, highlighting the talent, creativity and achievements of students throughout the academic year.

The celebration reflected the confidence, teamwork and dedication of both students and teachers, while creating an engaging atmosphere for the entire school community. It was a proud moment that showcased the vibrant spirit and continued excellence of the campus.

‘THE EDUCATORS’ Regional Office South successfully conducted the School Management Excellence (SME) Training for School Heads and Principals. The session brought together 47 Campus Heads from 31 campuses and focused on strengthening leadership and management practices in alignment with TE Guidelines.

Ms. Huma Imam, Head of Primary & Middle, Head Office, served as the Lead Trainer and engaged participants through interactive activities to enhance understanding of their roles and responsibilities. This initiative reflects the region’s continued commitment to professional development and improved school performance through informed leadership and effective management practices.

‘THE EDUCATORS’ Faisalabad Region successfully conducted a New Titles Cluster Training session at Beaconhouse Main Campus, Faisalabad. The session brought together 120 participants from Faisalabad and Okara campuses and focused on building understanding and effective implementation of the newly introduced academic titles.

A total of five modules were offered, including Urdu (Grades I–II & III–V), English (Grades I–II & III–V) and Arts, providing teachers with valuable insights, practical orientation and classroom-focused strategies to support enhanced learning experiences.

This initiative reflects the region’s continued commitment to professional development and academic excellence by equipping educators with the tools and guidance needed for impactful classroom delivery. We appreciate the active participation and dedication of all attendees.

‘THE EDUCATORS’, under its Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) initiatives, continues to play a vital role in supporting local communities. The North Region had the privilege of visiting SOS Schools to conduct impactful teacher training sessions focused on Emotional Intelligence, contributing towards nurturing both the hearts and minds of young learners in underprivileged institutions.

The North Academic Team delivered engaging and practical sessions, equipping educators with effective strategies to integrate Emotional Intelligence into their daily teaching practices. From fostering empathy and encouraging open expression to helping students manage stress and build healthy relationships, these interactive approaches go beyond traditional classroom learning. Such initiatives empower teachers and students alike, creating safe, supportive and emotionally aware learning environments while bridging the gap towards a more inclusive and resilient future.
