*QAU formally launched e-office system today.*

Quaid-i-Azam University has formally launched its e-Office (Digital Office Management System) along with a training workshop, marking a major step towards a paperless, efficient, and transparent working environment. The system, contributed by QAU Alumni, digitizes official file creation, movement, tracking, and archiving, reducing delays and paper usage while ensuring accountability.

The deployment and workshop were inaugurated by Vice Chancellor QAU, Prof Dr Niaz Akhtar, and attended by alumni and senior management of QAU. Prominent alumni including Rehan Saeed Khan, Azam Habib, Ghulam Ali Mallah, and Dr Shehzad Gill participated in the event. The initiative reflects strong alumni support for QAU’s long-term modernization and sustainable digital transformation.

Punjab Students Council is pleased to announce another in the series of its Pre-Jashan Celebrations: an all-girls "Rooh-e-Punjab Mehfil-e-Qawali". This soulful mehfil will be followed by an energetic DJ night. All the women of QAU are heartily invited!
