ICON - School for special need children ICON of Special Education Foundation (ICON SEF) is a non-profit, non-governmental charity school for special needs children.

ICON of Special Education Foundation (ICON SEF) is a non-profit, non-governmental charity school for special needs children and is run primarily by donations from individuals. The school is situated in Lahore, Pakistan. Currently there are twenty-two students in the school with five full time teachers. The total number of students enrolled since establishment is forty-two. At ICON SEF we believe t

hat each special need child can be taught functional and perceptual skills such as basic reading, writing and comprehension. Learning these skills develops confidence and allows the disabled child to live a better life. ICON SEF offers individually tailored programs with special emphasis on enhancing child’s social, emotional, cognitive and creative abilities, which enables him or her to live as independently as possible. ICON SEF is open to all special need people regardless of gender, religion, color, creed, class or domicile.
