The pain you're experiencing has only one true way out: accepting the “Pain of Rebuilding Yourself” from the scratch because this is the ultimate thing that will be less painful in the long run.
Escaping is easy. Walking away from a life you dislike is far simpler than putting in the effort to create one you truly love. But there is little to gain from running or giving up. The real challenge lies in building a life you don’t want to escape from—a process that is neither glamorous nor easy. It’s a lonely journey. When you begin to change, everything around you starts shifting too. It’s not always exciting or fun, which is why you must hold onto unwavering hope, an endless source of inspiration, or even a little bit of delusion.
The journey from 1 to 100 doesn’t happen in a single leap—it unfolds step by step, level by level. And at every new level, a fresh challenge will emerge. When that happens, you’ll face a choice: give up or rise to meet the next challenge.
So, I invite you to reflect: How will you transform your current life into the one you truly desire? Start today. If not now, when? Right now, you are the youngest and most energetic version of yourself. Use this moment wisely.

You can't calm the storm, but you can calm yourself.
It's easy to feel drained by all the chaos around you.
You can't control the storms that roll in, whether it's a
tough day at work, a fight with a friend, or just a plain
old bad mood. What you can control, though, is how
you respond to it.
Instead of getting swept up in the drama, take a step
back, breathe, and focus on calming yourself down.

Consistency is crucial : when you're building a new skill.
Without practising every day, you will not grow and learn.
You must commit to doing it every day.
Remember, consistency is key.
