A proud moment for Deaf Reach as we inaugurated our new Deaf Reach Center of Excellence at Nowshera!

We were honored to welcome representatives from the KP Government Social Welfare Department and Pakistan Poverty Alleviation Fund (PPAF) to commemorate this milestone. This new campus at Nowshera will not only provide education and vocational training to deaf children and youth in the region, but will also serve as a central training hub to build capacity for teachers of the Deaf across the Khyber Pakhtunkhwa and Azad Jammu and Kashmir regions at large.

This milestone strengthens our commitment to expanding quality deaf education across Pakistan and creating greater access for underserved Deaf communities.

Another Proud Moment for Deaf Reach!

96,255 students appeared in the Board of Intermediate and Secondary Education examinations in Sukkur, Sindh. Only 52 were awarded as High Achievers, out of which 21 were from Deaf Reach, each earning an A1 grade!The awards were presented by the Minister of Education in recognition of their dedication and hard work.

This achievement reflects the strength of our students and the impact of Deaf Reach’s commitment to providing high quality, accessible education for the Deaf. Our students continue to prove that when given the right support and environment, they rise and inspire!

Olympic Gold Medalist Arshad Nadeem graced the Deaf Reach School’s Annual Sports Day at its Lahore campus. The celebrated athlete inspired students by sharing his remarkable journey of breaking a world record despite limited resources, demonstrating that hard work and self-belief can turn dreams into reality.

Arshad actively participated in sports activities with the students, spreading joy and motivation throughout the event. A heartfelt thank you to Indus Motor Company (IMC) for organizing this memorable event and giving our deaf students the opportunity to meet a hero.

Deaf people can do anything - its not their hearing that holds them back, but the stereotypes we place on them.
