As in all type of surgeries, in Neurosurgery complications can arise and when they arise they results in death. You don't have a second chance for the patient. So seniors are very vigilant in this regard that your incompetence don't lead to the loss of a life.

With time senior starts trusting you, when they do and you uphold your end, that is when you got the happy face in OR after 11 hours of surgery.
