How to Boost your Memory.
We do conditioning in our mind. Conditioning is when we connect or link some idea or concept with a Key Word in our mind. Whenever that Key Word comes in our mind, the whole connected or linked idea/concept immediately flashes in our mind and hence we can reproduce that idea in writing or in communication easily, without remembering each word of the concept. For example, we are linked with our name, that is Key Word in our mind. Whenever someone utters our name we immediately become alert because we are conditioned with our name. Similarly, for each subject or topic we study, we take Key Words or special terminology of that topic or subject and remember them and link particular ideas with those particularly terms. Thus, in no time we can reproduce that idea on paper if we remember that Key Word.
