Narrated by Ibn Abbas (RA): The Messenger of Allah ﷺ drank some milk and said this dua.

اللَّهُمَّ بَارِكْ لَنَا فِيهِ وَزِدْنَا مِنْهُ
O Allah, bless it for us and give us more of it.

📖 (Tirmidhi: 3455 | Hasan)

Milk is mentioned in the Quran as one of the pure drinks that Allah has provided for us. By reciting this dua, we acknowledge Allah as the provider and seek His blessings.

The Messenger of Allah ﷺ said:

"When one of you eats, let him mention the name of Allah (بِسْمِ اللَّهِ). If he forgets to mention the name of Allah at the beginning, let him say:
بِسْمِ اللَّهِ أَوَّلَهُ وَآخِرَهُ

In the name of Allah, in the beginning and at the end.
