We keep blaming teachers for Pakistan's education failure. But nobody's talking about what's happening 𝗔𝗕𝗢𝗩𝗘 them.

Teachers in Pakistan aren't the problem — the 𝗦𝗬𝗦𝗧𝗘𝗠 above them is.

They're given zero authority, zero trust, and zero room to lead. Then we wonder why schools keep failing?

𝗪𝗮𝗾𝗮𝗿 𝗛𝗮𝘀𝘀𝗮𝗻 — CSP officer, educationist, and founder of 𝗪𝗛𝗜 𝗜𝗡𝗦𝗧𝗜𝗧𝗨𝗧𝗘 𝗟𝗔𝗛𝗢𝗥𝗘— has a clear message:
