Day 5 of the 6-Day Certificate in Teaching Effectiveness Program, organized by 𝗔𝗙𝗔𝗤 𝗣𝗮𝗸𝗶𝘀𝘁𝗮𝗻 in collaboration with the 𝗨𝗻𝗶𝘃𝗲𝗿𝘀𝗶𝘁𝘆 𝗼𝗳 𝗟𝗼𝗿𝗮𝗹𝗮𝗶, concluded successfully. The day's sessions were graced by the visit of the Worthy 𝗩𝗶𝗰𝗲 𝗖𝗵𝗮𝗻𝗰𝗲𝗹𝗹𝗼𝗿, 𝗘𝗻𝗴𝗿. 𝗣𝗿𝗼𝗳. 𝗗𝗿. 𝗘𝗵𝘀𝗮𝗻𝘂𝗹𝗹𝗮𝗵 𝗞𝗵𝗮𝗻 𝗞𝗮𝗸𝗮𝗿, who interacted with the participants and appreciated their dedication to learning.
​The training focused on 𝗔𝘀𝘀𝗲𝘀𝘀𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁 (𝗜𝘁𝘀 𝗧𝘆𝗽𝗲𝘀, 𝗢𝗯𝗷𝗲𝗰𝘁𝗶𝘃𝗲 & 𝗦𝘂𝗯𝗷𝗲𝗰𝘁𝗶𝘃𝗲 𝗧𝘆𝗽𝗲 𝗜𝘁𝗲𝗺𝘀) and 𝗕𝗹𝗼𝗼𝗺'𝘀 𝗧𝗮𝘅𝗼𝗻𝗼𝗺𝘆 & 𝗟𝗲𝘀𝘀𝗼𝗻 𝗣𝗹𝗮𝗻𝗻𝗶𝗻𝗴, facilitated by renowned trainers 𝗠𝗿. 𝗔𝗯𝗱𝘂𝗹 𝗠𝗮𝗹𝗶𝗸 𝗧𝗮𝗷 and 𝗠𝘀. 𝗙𝗼𝘂𝘇𝗶𝗮 𝗕𝗮𝗻𝗮𝗿𝗮𝘀. Government school teachers actively engaged in interactive group activities and hands-on practice sessions, making it a highly productive and professional learning experience.

𝗔𝗙𝗔𝗤 𝗣𝗮𝗸𝗶𝘀𝘁𝗮𝗻 𝗗𝗲𝗹𝗲𝗴𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝗠𝗲𝗲𝘁𝘀 𝗖𝗵𝗮𝗶𝗿𝗺𝗮𝗻 𝗕𝗜𝗦𝗘 𝗕𝗮𝗹𝗼𝗰𝗵𝗶𝘀𝘁𝗮𝗻

A delegation from AFAQ Pakistan, led by 𝗠𝗿. 𝗔𝗺𝗶𝗿 𝗭𝗲𝗯, 𝗗𝗶𝗿𝗲𝗰𝘁𝗼𝗿 𝗧𝗿𝗮𝗶𝗻𝗶𝗻𝗴 & 𝗦𝗲𝗿𝘃𝗶𝗰𝗲𝘀, met with 𝗠𝗿. 𝗠𝘂𝗵𝗮𝗺𝗺𝗮𝗱 𝗜𝘀𝗵𝗮𝗾, 𝗖𝗵𝗮𝗶𝗿𝗺𝗮𝗻 𝗼𝗳 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗕𝗼𝗮𝗿𝗱 𝗼𝗳 𝗜𝗻𝘁𝗲𝗿𝗺𝗲𝗱𝗶𝗮𝘁𝗲 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗦𝗲𝗰𝗼𝗻𝗱𝗮𝗿𝘆 𝗘𝗱𝘂𝗰𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 (𝗕𝗜𝗦𝗘) 𝗕𝗮𝗹𝗼𝗰𝗵𝗶𝘀𝘁𝗮𝗻 along with his team.

The delegation also included 𝗠𝗿. 𝗔𝗯𝗱𝘂𝗹 𝗡𝗮𝗲𝗲𝗺 𝗥𝗶𝗻𝗱, 𝗦𝗲𝗻𝗶𝗼𝗿 𝗭𝗼𝗻𝗮𝗹 𝗛𝗲𝗮𝗱, 𝗔𝗙𝗔𝗤 𝗕𝗮𝗹𝗼𝗰𝗵𝗶𝘀𝘁𝗮𝗻, and 𝗠𝗿. 𝗧𝗮𝘆𝘆𝗮𝗯 𝗙𝗮𝗿𝗲𝗲𝗱 𝗞𝗵𝗮𝗻, 𝗠𝗮𝗻𝗮𝗴𝗲𝗿, 𝗔𝗙𝗔𝗤 𝗟𝗲𝗮𝗱𝗲𝗿𝘀 𝗖𝗹𝘂𝗯.

During the meeting, both organizations agreed to jointly organize a 𝗢𝗻𝗲-𝗱𝗮𝘆 𝗘𝗱𝘂𝗰𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝗮𝗹 𝗦𝘁𝗮𝗸𝗲𝗵𝗼𝗹𝗱𝗲𝗿𝘀’ 𝗗𝗶𝗮𝗹𝗼𝗴𝘂𝗲 in July 2026, bringing together representatives from schools, colleges, curriculum and teacher training departments, and other educational institutions.

The meeting provided an opportunity for meaningful dialogue on educational development and future collaboration to promote quality education in Balochistan.

𝗨𝗻𝗶𝘃𝗲𝗿𝘀𝗶𝘁𝘆 𝗼𝗳 𝗕𝗮𝗹𝗼𝗰𝗵𝗶𝘀𝘁𝗮𝗻 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗔𝗙𝗔𝗤 𝗣𝗮𝗸𝗶𝘀𝘁𝗮𝗻 𝘁𝗼 𝗦𝘁𝗿𝗲𝗻𝗴𝘁𝗵𝗲𝗻 𝗠𝘂𝘁𝘂𝗮𝗹 𝗖𝗼𝗼𝗽𝗲𝗿𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻

A delegation of AFAQ Pakistan, led by 𝗠𝗿. 𝗔𝗺𝗶𝗿 𝗭𝗲𝗯, 𝗗𝗶𝗿𝗲𝗰𝘁𝗼𝗿 𝗧𝗿𝗮𝗶𝗻𝗶𝗻𝗴 & 𝗦𝗲𝗿𝘃𝗶𝗰𝗲𝘀, visited the University of Balochistan. 𝗠𝗿. 𝗧𝗮𝘆𝘆𝗮𝗯 𝗙𝗮𝗿𝗶𝗱 𝗞𝗵𝗮𝗻 𝗝𝗮𝗱𝗼𝗼𝗻, 𝗠𝗮𝗻𝗮𝗴𝗲𝗿 𝗔𝗙𝗔𝗤 𝗟𝗲𝗮𝗱𝗲𝗿𝘀 𝗖𝗹𝘂𝗯 accompanied the delegation.

During the visit, the delegation met with 𝗣𝗿𝗼𝗳. 𝗗𝗿. 𝗦𝗮𝘂𝗯𝗶𝗮 𝗥𝗮𝗺𝘇𝗮𝗻, 𝗗𝗲𝗮𝗻, 𝗜𝗻𝘀𝘁𝗶𝘁𝘂𝘁𝗲 𝗼𝗳 𝗠𝗮𝗻𝗮𝗴𝗲𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁 𝗦𝗰𝗶𝗲𝗻𝗰𝗲𝘀, and 𝗗𝗿. 𝗞𝗮𝗻𝗲𝗲𝘇 𝗙𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗺𝗮, 𝗗𝗶𝗿𝗲𝗰𝘁𝗼𝗿, 𝗜𝗻𝘀𝘁𝗶𝘁𝘂𝘁𝗲 𝗼𝗳 𝗠𝗮𝗻𝗮𝗴𝗲𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁 𝗦𝗰𝗶𝗲𝗻𝗰𝗲𝘀. Both sides discussed areas of mutual interest and agreed to continue engagement for future collaborative initiatives.

The delegation also met with 𝗣𝗿𝗼𝗳. 𝗗𝗿. 𝗠𝘂𝗺𝘁𝗮𝘇 𝗕𝗮𝗹𝗼𝗰𝗵, 𝗙𝗼𝗿𝗺𝗲𝗿 𝗩𝗶𝗰𝗲 𝗖𝗵𝗮𝗻𝗰𝗲𝗹𝗹𝗼𝗿, 𝗠𝗮𝗸𝗿𝗮𝗻 𝗨𝗻𝗶𝘃𝗲𝗿𝘀𝗶𝘁𝘆. Discussions focused on academic development, institutional linkages, and opportunities for future collaboration.

AFAQ Pakistan and the University of Balochistan reaffirmed their commitment to strengthening mutual cooperation and working together for educational excellence and capacity development.

سردار بہادر خان ویمن یونیورسٹی کوئٹہ اور آفاق کے درمیان مشترکہ تعاون پر اتفاق

​سردار بہادر خان ویمن یونیورسٹی کی دعوت پر آفاق پاکستان کے ڈائریکٹر ٹریننگ اینڈ سروسز، امیر زیب صاحب کی قیادت میں ایک وفد نے یونیورسٹی کا دورہ کیا۔

​ملاقات کے دوران اس بات پر اتفاق کیا گیا کہ سردار بہادر خان ویمن یونیورسٹی اور آفاق باہمی تعاون کے ذریعے یونیورسٹی فیکلٹی، طلبہ اور پیشہ ورانہ و شخصی ترقی (Development) کے مختلف شعبوں میں مشترکہ طور پر کام کریں گے۔

​اس موقع پر ڈاکٹر مہوش ملغانی (ڈائریکٹر ORIC) نے اس شراکت داری پر خوشی کا اظہار کرتے ہوئے اسے ایک اہم سنگِ میل قرار دیا۔ انہوں نے کہا کہ ویمن یونیورسٹی اور آفاق مل کر معاشرے میں مثبت تبدیلی کے فروغ کے لیے مؤثر کردار ادا کریں گے۔

​ملاقات میں آفاق بلوچستان کے سینئر ریجنل ہیڈ عبدالنعیم رند، آفاق لیڈر کلب کے مینیجر طیب فرید خان، جبکہ یونیورسٹی کی دیگر فیکلٹی ممبران بھی موجود تھیں۔

​فریقین نے اس امر پر بھی اتفاق کیا کہ جلد ہی آفاق اور سردار بہادر خان ویمن یونیورسٹی کے درمیان مفاہمتی یادداشت (MoU) پر دستخط کیے جائیں گے، جس کے بعد مختلف مشترکہ پروگراموں اور ترقیاتی سرگرمیوں کا باقاعدہ آغاز کیا جائے گا۔

Day 3 of the 6-Day Certificate in Teaching Effectiveness Program, organized by 𝗔𝗙𝗔𝗤 𝗣𝗮𝗸𝗶𝘀𝘁𝗮𝗻 in collaboration with the 𝗨𝗻𝗶𝘃𝗲𝗿𝘀𝗶𝘁𝘆 𝗼𝗳 𝗟𝗼𝗿𝗮𝗹𝗮𝗶, concluded successfully. The day began with a spiritual Recitation followed by an interactive Reflection Session conducted by the Concerned Resource Person.
Highly impactful and comprehensive training sessions on 𝗖𝗹𝗮𝘀𝘀𝗿𝗼𝗼𝗺 𝗠𝗮𝗻𝗮𝗴𝗲𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁 and 𝗔𝘀𝘀𝗲𝘀𝘀𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁 (𝗜𝘁𝘀 𝗧𝘆𝗽𝗲𝘀, 𝗢𝗯𝗷𝗲𝗰𝘁𝗶𝘃𝗲 & 𝗦𝘂𝗯𝗷𝗲𝗰𝘁𝗶𝘃𝗲 𝗧𝘆𝗽𝗲 𝗜𝘁𝗲𝗺𝘀) were facilitated by the renowned trainers, 𝗠𝘀. 𝗙𝗼𝘂𝘇𝗶𝗮 𝗕𝗮𝗻𝗮𝗿𝗮𝘀 and 𝗠𝗿. 𝗔𝗯𝗱𝘂𝗹 𝗠𝗮𝗹𝗶𝗸 𝗧𝗮𝗷. Participants actively engaged in collaborative learning, interactive group activities, and hands-on practice sessions throughout the day to internalize their learning.
Government school teachers demonstrated remarkable enthusiasm, dedication, and active participation, making the training a highly productive and professional learning experience.

Day 2 of the 6-Day Certificate in Teaching Effectiveness Program, organized by 𝗔𝗙𝗔𝗤 𝗣𝗮𝗸𝗶𝘀𝘁𝗮𝗻 in collaboration with the 𝗨𝗻𝗶𝘃𝗲𝗿𝘀𝗶𝘁𝘆 𝗼𝗳 𝗟𝗼𝗿𝗮𝗹𝗮𝗶, concluded successfully. The day began with a Reflection Session and Norm Setting conducted by 𝗠𝗿. 𝗔𝗺𝗶𝗿 𝗭𝗲𝗯, 𝗗𝗶𝗿𝗲𝗰𝘁𝗼𝗿 𝗧𝗿𝗮𝗶𝗻𝗶𝗻𝗴 & 𝗦𝗲𝗿𝘃𝗶𝗰𝗲𝘀, 𝗔𝗙𝗔𝗤 𝗣𝗮𝗸𝗶𝘀𝘁𝗮𝗻. Insightful sessions on National Standards for Teachers and Learning Styles were facilitated by 𝗠𝘀. 𝗙𝗼𝘂𝘇𝗶𝗮 𝗕𝗮𝗻𝗮𝗿𝗮𝘀 and 𝗠𝗿. 𝗔𝘇𝗺𝗮𝘁 𝗨𝗹𝗹𝗮𝗵. Participants actively engaged in collaborative learning and interactive group activities throughout the day.

𝟔-𝐝𝐚𝐲 𝐭𝐞𝐚𝐜𝐡𝐞𝐫 𝐭𝐫𝐚𝐢𝐧𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐩𝐫𝐨𝐠𝐫𝐚𝐦 (𝟏𝟓𝐭𝐡–𝟐𝟎𝐭𝐡 𝐉𝐮𝐧𝐞, 𝟐𝟎𝟐𝟔) has been started by 𝐀𝐅𝐀𝐐 and the 𝐔𝐧𝐢𝐯𝐞𝐫𝐬𝐢𝐭𝐲 𝐨𝐟 𝐋𝐨𝐫𝐚𝐥𝐚𝐢.
​The inauguration ceremony was attended by 𝐄𝐧𝐠𝐢𝐧𝐞𝐞𝐫 𝐏𝐫𝐨𝐟. 𝐃𝐫. 𝐄𝐡𝐬𝐚𝐧𝐮𝐥𝐥𝐚𝐡 𝐊𝐡𝐚𝐧 𝐊𝐚𝐤𝐚𝐫 (VC - University of Loralai) as Chief Guest, followed by 𝐌𝐫. 𝐀𝐦𝐢𝐫 𝐙𝐞𝐛 (Director Training & Services - AFAQ Pakistan). 𝐃𝐫. 𝐊𝐡𝐚𝐥𝐢𝐝 (Registrar) and 𝐌𝐫. 𝐀𝐬𝐥𝐚𝐦 𝐙𝐞𝐛 (Director ORIC) from the University of Loralai were also present, while 𝐃𝐫. 𝐀𝐛𝐝𝐮𝐬 𝐒𝐚𝐦𝐚𝐝 (Principal - BRC Loralai) joined as Guest of Honor.
​Right after, training sessions commenced with 𝐌𝐬. 𝐅𝐨𝐮𝐳𝐢𝐚 𝐁𝐚𝐧𝐚𝐫𝐚𝐬 on 'National Standards for Teachers' and 𝐌𝐫. 𝐀𝐳𝐦𝐚𝐭 𝐔𝐥𝐥𝐚𝐡 on 'Learning Styles & Teaching Methodologies'. 𝐆𝐨𝐯𝐞𝐫𝐧𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭 𝐬𝐜𝐡𝐨𝐨𝐥 𝐭𝐞𝐚𝐜𝐡𝐞𝐫𝐬 from Loralai and nearby areas actively participated on day one.

𝗗𝗮𝘁𝗲𝗱: 𝟴𝘁𝗵 𝗝𝘂𝗻𝗲, 𝟮𝟬𝟮𝟲

𝗠𝗿. 𝗔𝗯𝗶𝗱 𝗚𝗶𝗹𝗹 (𝗗𝗲𝗽𝘂𝘁𝘆 𝗖𝗼𝘂𝗻𝘁𝗿𝘆 𝗛𝗲𝗮𝗱 - 𝗝𝗜𝗖𝗔) visited AFAQ Canal View Office and met 𝗠𝗿. 𝗔𝗺𝗶𝗿 𝗭𝗲𝗯 (𝗗𝗶𝗿𝗲𝗰𝘁𝗼𝗿 𝗼𝗳 𝗧𝗿𝗮𝗶𝗻𝗶𝗻𝗴 & 𝗦𝗲𝗿𝘃𝗶𝗰𝗲𝘀 - 𝗔𝗙𝗔𝗤 𝗣𝗮𝗸𝗶𝘀𝘁𝗮𝗻). Agenda of this follow-up meeting was to plan a program jointly by the mid of July 2026, for the '𝗘𝗱𝘂𝗰𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝗮𝗹 𝗢𝗿𝗴𝗮𝗻𝗶𝘇𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝘀' working all over Pakistan. Then, Mr. Zeb presented an official AFAQ's book to Mr. Gill as a token of appreciation and shared insights into AFAQ’s ongoing 𝗲𝗱𝘂𝗰𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝗮𝗹 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝘁𝗿𝗮𝗶𝗻𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗶𝗻𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗮𝘁𝗶𝘃𝗲𝘀.
