Though both " must " and " should " represent a suggestion needed to be adopted yet they differ in their practical implication .

"At the end " denotes that something happening right after the completion of some activity , routine or some physical phenomenon like location , event etc . On the other hand , "in the end " refers to , something happening " finally " after being awaited .
