I recently conducted a poll on LinkedIn and the responses showed only 20% have written a personal vision statement.

80% haven’t, yet half of them know they should.

This confirms that most people are moving forward in life without ever pausing to define where they want to go.

A vision statement isn’t about having everything figured out.

It’s about answering three simple but powerful questions:
1. Who do I want to be?
2. What do I want to do?
3. How do I want to live and help others?

If 2026 is going to be different and not just busier; then clarity has to come before action.

If you selected “Not yet, but I should”, consider this your sign.

Start with one short paragraph. That’s all it takes to begin moving with intention. This is not about having all the answers. It is about setting a direction.

When challenges come and they will; this vision will remind you why you started. Let 2026 be the year you stop moving by chance and start moving with intention.
