Lets have a clear veiw at one of the Model's of Amazon i.e WHOLESALE FBA.
Many Investors, Newbie's and people of Ec family ask the question that why Amazon FBA WHOLESALE is the safest model?
So let me tell you that ; "no business is totally safe,rather we make it safe from the technique's,tactics,wisdom and avoiding factor's in which risk's are involved and ultimately playing safe in terms of our business."
I Have discussed the requirements for starting FBA Wholesale in my previous post's and today I'll share some tips regarding operations of WHOLESALE FBA ,that how one can improve his/her working in the Model under discussion.
👉 MAKE A PROPER BUDGET CONSUMPTION PLAN catagorized by months so you'll have targets based on num of products TESTED or LIVED in a month and Amount of the Budget Consumed.
NOTE‼️ No business is successful without proper and good Business plan.
👉DO NOT Completely rely on Tool's as they are only for assistance and quick working,Besides put some extra efforts and Hunt products Manually as Amazon Has millions of Good selling products,in variety of catagories. It'll take some time but you'll find good products Having Sustainable Life cycle in your WHOLESALE BUSINESS.
👉 APPROACH BRAND'S From The products rather then putting effort's on mailing them for Wholesale Account's as. They get these kind of mail's daily by hundreds like us.Mail them Just to have a meeting with their sales team representative and in the meeting pitch them by the product you hunted in the previous step.And then discuss business options btw you and the brand upon that Particular Product.
👉DATA MANAGEMENT is really important when doing wholesale as you are dealing with lot's of supplier's calling them and mailing them, having products Finalized ,make sure the data is well organized and structured.
👉 PRODUCT ANALYSIS From SUPPLIER SHEETS, Do not Always scan the sheet rather go manually you'll find good data and products this is what i experianced personally ,Tools like scan unlimited and amz analyzer should not be completed relyed upon.
As we know thatt "When we see bad products we realize how a good product should be "
👉 DISTRIBUTOR FIRST, You should be dealing with potential and authentic distributors in start of your WHOLESALE VENTURE. Instead of Wasting tons of energy on contacting brands and facing rejections. When done dealing with distributors on good terms and having business with them. First contact those brands whose products distributor is selling,so you'll have a strong trade refrence with authentic distributor it'll be easier to get brand approvals.
👉 Calling is always the most effective method when struggling for approvals.
I'll share more tips regarding Wholesale Operations based on the questions And queries i receive in future.
