Lahore College for Women University held a plantation drive on 1st September, 2023. The Alumni of LCWU generously donated trees worth one lac to their alma mater. The ceremony was also attended by the worthy Vice Chancellor Prof. Dr. Shagufta Naz. In her address, she reiterated her resolve to have more engagements with alumni and assured her full support. The Vice-Chancellor, the alumni, and the student council planted trees on the university premises in an effort to contribute to a clean and green environment. The event concluded with a prayer for the progress of LCWU and Pakistan.

The Oath-Taking Ceremony of the new Executive Council 2023-24 was held on 30th August, 2023, and was a momentous event. It was attended by the esteemed Vice Chancellor of Lahore College for Women University, Prof. Dr. Shagufta Naz. The ceremony commenced with the Oath-Taking. The Executive Council 2023-2024 was then handed over badges by the worthy Vice Chancellor along with the Director Student Affairs Dr. Sumera Sajjad, Incharge Ms. Fareeha Saeed and Coordinator Ms. Musfira Wadood. It was followed by the awarding of certificates to the Former Executive Council 2022-2023. Her address further emphasized the importance of our roles.
The new HeadGirl's welcome speech and the Vote of Thanks by the former HeadGirl marked a bittersweet transition. This ceremony symbolizes leadership, unity, and the promise of diligent service.
