Senior Education Counselor will provide information, advice and processing of applications for international students seeking placement in education institutions and requiring visa services for their further stay in UK, USA and Australia.

Responsibilities:

• Provide information and advice to international students and their families regarding study opportunities in UK, USA and Australia.
• Submit applications to institutions obtain offers and facilitate enrollments
• Follow-up on leads and enquiries to maximize applications

• Provide extended counseling session to further develop the student’s case and application for submission
• Ensure student signs relevant forms regarding services offered and pricing and are clear with the process
• Prepare and submit visa application on behalf of student
• Update students on application/submission process via email/call
• Work with marketing on updates during campaigns

• Attend to student face-to-face, phone and email inquiries in a timely and professional manner
• Follow up on student inquiries , requests or complaints providing information and assistance.

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
• Completed Bachelor Degree or an equivalent amount of experience/education
• Working experience in United Kingdom or in the International Education Industry
< Fluent in English
• Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively
• Demonstrated ability to work in a team
• High level of problem solving and negotiation skills
