Guest Lecture by Faculty of Psychology, GGCW Gulberg at UMT
Dr. Fozia Hayat, Assistant Professor of Psychology, Government Graduate College for Women (GGCW), Gulberg, Lahore, was invited by the School of Professional Psychology, University of Management and Technology (UMT), to deliver an online lecture on “Development and Validation of Psychological Questionnaires” on Saturday, 20.06.2026 for students of MS Organizational Psychology. 🎓
The session was organized by Dr. Shireen Gul and was attended by students through both on-campus and online modes.During the one-hour lecture, Dr. Fozia Hayat discussed key methodological and psychometric considerations involved in the development and validation of psychological instruments, providing students with valuable insights into contemporary research practices.
At the conclusion of the session, Dr. Shireen Gul extended her appreciation to Dr. Hayat for her scholarly contribution and for enriching the learning experience of the students. Dr. Hayat, in turn, expressed her gratitude to the School of Professional Psychology, UMT, and Dr. Shireen Gul for the invitation and the opportunity to engage with future psychologists. 🤝
