The first day after summer break at school is always special—meeting new friends, seeing familiar faces, and creating wonderful memories with our teachers

It Is Okay…

If the uniform is not quite complete,
if the shoes are not perfectly polished,
if the books are still waiting to be packed,
if the bag is an old one carrying memories from last year…
it is okay.

If a label is missing,
a notebook is yet to be covered,
or a little something has been forgotten in the rush of getting ready…
it is okay.

Please do not let these little things become big worries in a little heart.

Because on the first day,
we are not looking at the bag they carry,
the shoes they wear,
or how perfectly everything has been prepared.

We are looking at the child.

The child walking through our gates with tiny butterflies in their tummy,
a heart full of feelings,
and perhaps a hand holding yours a little tighter than usual.

Send us that child.

Send us the sleepy one,
the excited one,
the shy one,
the one who may cry at the gate,
and the one who cannot wait to run inside.

Send them with love, with reassurance, and with a smile.

Because what matters to us is not a perfect first day.
What matters is a happy child, a peaceful heart, and a beautiful beginning — free from pressure and unnecessary barriers.

The uniform can be completed.
The books can be packed.
The new bag can wait.

But the joy of a child’s first day should never have to wait. ❤️

We are ready to welcome them just as they are.
And together, we will take care of everything else.

Learning is most impactful when it's experienced together!

Hosted at RILLS Carmel Campus – Paragon City, an engaging workshop led by Ms. Rabia Shaheen brought together coordinators from across the RILLS Lahore Campuses for a day filled with interactive learning, collaboration, and professional growth.

Through energizing activities, meaningful discussions, and hands-on exercises, participants explored practical solutions to real-world challenges while strengthening their communication, teamwork, and leadership skills. The session created an atmosphere where learning was not only insightful but also enjoyable, proving that the best ideas emerge through participation and shared experiences.
