کیریئر خود بخود نہیں بنتا، اسے تخلیق کرنا پڑتا ہے, اسے خود بنانا پڑتا ہے ، کیریئر بنانے یا شروع کرنے کے لیے صرف ڈگری اور رسمی تعلیم ہی کافی نہیں، آپ کو اور بہت ساری چیزوں کی ضرورت ہوتی ہے ، مثلاً درست سمت ، صلاحیت اور کپبیلٹیز ، موجودا مارکیٹ کی ضرورت کے بارے میں انفارمیشن اور وہ بہت سارے سکلز کی ضرورت ہوتی ہے، کسی بھی شعبے میں کیرئیر بنانے کے لیے یہ سب ضروری ہیں، جب تک کہ کیرئیر کے بنیادی اور ضروری اصولوں پر عمل نا کیا جاے، کریئر بنانا مشکل ہی نہیں ناممکن کے قریب ہو جاتا ہے ، پھر چاہے پاکستان ہو میڈل ایسٹ ہو یا دنیا کو کوئی بھی خطہ ۔
اپنے پیشہ ورانہ سفر کو شروع کرنے کا واحد طریقہ، پیسہ، وقت یا دونوں اپنے آپ میں لگائیں۔ خود کو اپگریڈ کریں ، خود کو دینا کے قابل بنائیں ،ورنہ آپ ادھر ادھر سوچتے رہیں گے اور سارا الزام قسمت اور اس نظام پر ڈالتے رہیں گے جو کہ خود کو بے وقوف بنانے کے مترادف ہے ۔
A career does not happen automatically, it has to be created, only degree and formal education are not enough to make or start a career, you have to required capabilities, exposure and skills, these are necessary to make a career in any field, unless the principles of the career are followed, there is no desired career or no choice .
The only way to get start your professional journey, invest money, time or both in yourself. Otherwise you will keep wondering here and there and will continue to put all the blames on luck and the system.

ہر بڑا کام ابتدا میں خیال سے ہی شروع ہوتا ہے ۔جسے ہم سوچ سکتے ہے اسے کر بھی سکتے ہیں ۔ اور اس خیال اور سوچ پر آپ کو اردگرد سے کبھی بھی پزیرائی یا حوصلہ نہیں ملے گا، اور یہ ہی اصل لڑائی ہوتی ہے ، یعنی لوگوں کی ڈی موٹیویشن اور تنقید سے لڑنا ورنہ جو ہم نے سوچا ہوا ہوتا ہے وہ نا ممکن نہیں ہوتا ۔
آپ کے خیال سے جہاز بنانے والے رائٹ برادران کو لوگوں نے خوب موٹیویٹ کیا ہو گا ؟
بلب بنانے والے ایڈیسن کی خوب ہمت بندھائی ہو گی محلے والوں نے ؟
ہنری فورڈ کو بھی خوب چارج کیا ہو گا سوسائٹی نے کہا ہو گا شاباش ہمت کرو؟؟
ارے نہیں یہ لوگ ہمیشہ تنقید کا نشانہ بنے ، ان کا مذاق اڑایا گیا لیکن یہ لڑتے رہے ، نتیجہ ہمارے سامنے ہے کون جیتا ۔
بہت بڑا سوچو اور جو سوچا جا سکتا ہے وہ سر انجام بھی دیا جا سکتا ہے ، بس بدلے میں کچھ دینا پڑتا ہے ۔ورنہ خیال خواب بن جاتا ہے ، ورنہ آج اس دنیا میں بہت کچھ نا ہوتا ۔۔۔۔۔۔
