We are proud to announce that our team, comprising M. Fakhar Fareed Sial, Dania Syed, Fahama Ali Zaidi, and Talha Imad, represented at the 2nd LSL National Moot Court Competition, competing in a highly challenging environment alongside several accomplished teams from different institutes.
With Dania Syed and Fakhar serving as Speakers, Fahama Ali Zaidi as Researcher, and Talha Imad as Observer, the team made it to the Grand Finale and lifted the Runners-Up Trophy. This achievement reflects their rigorous preparation, strategic advocacy, and cohesive teamwork.
We are especially proud to share that our team also won the Best Memorandum Award for Petitioners as well as the Best Researcher Award.
The team also received valuable and constructive feedback from the honourable judges, further refining their advocacy and research skills.

The Government College University, Lahore proudly announces that a team comprising final year students Muhammad Abdullah, Zaniq Ahmed, and Fahad Bin Tariq from Dr. Muhammad Iqbal Law School will represent the institution at the 50th edition of the Jean-Pictet International Humanitarian Law Competition, to be held in Batam, Indonesia and Singapore.
This marks a historic milestone, as this is the first team to represent the Law School at the international stage since its inception. Selected through a rigorous and highly competitive application process, the team has demonstrated exceptional academic excellence, legal acumen, and commitment to international humanitarian law.
The Jean-Pictet Competition is widely regarded as one of the most prestigious and intellectually demanding moot competitions in the field of International Humanitarian Law. The institution takes immense pride in this remarkable achievement and extend their heartfelt congratulations to the team.

We are thrilled to announce that Our talented students of Doctor Iqbal School of Law, Muhammad Mekaal Mirza, M. Fakhar Fareed Sial, Qaneta Nauman and Ibraheem Ahsan stood victorious in ICOMS, National Moot Court Competition 2025 after defeating LUMS team in finals; hosted by IVY College of Management Sciences.
Teams from all renowned law colleges including LUMS, International Islamic University Islamabad, Blackstone Law College, University of Management Sciences, amongst others took part in this auspicious competition amongst which, our young mooters stood victorious.
The finals were judged by Justice Anwar ul Haq Panno (R), Justice Chaudhary Abdul Aziz (R), Mr. Haroon ul Rasheed( President Supreme Court Bar Association Pakistan), Mr. Shamim ur Rehman Malik( Advocate Supreme Court of Pakistan), Barrister Usama Malik ( Director Directorate of Legal Education PBC and Mr. Sardar Shabbir Hussain ( Advocate Supreme Court of Pakistan)
