Amazon has suspended 13000 accounts of Pakistan.
Amazon has suspended 13,000 accounts in Pakistan, the accounts were suspended due to allegations of fraud, more than 13,000 Pakistani seller accounts have been closed, the choice of small business owners to become Amazon sellers is a trend that has been going on for the past few years. It is continuously growing due to government support under various offers of Pakistan Post to promote cottage industry and increase domestic exports. Amazon has declared the Punjab cities of Mian Chanu and Sahiwal as fraud red zones.
Sellers operating from these areas have been found to be involved in fraudulent activities. Amazon has also blocked the IP addresses of Mian Chanu and now people from these areas are operating accounts from Dubai or through other clients' computers.
