Ms. Shifa Khatti is an engineer, an entrepreneur, and a social activist. She did her Mechanical Engineering from Mehran University of Engineering & Technology. Ms. Shifa has been involved in raising awareness among high school students about the STEM field and digital literacy. She has been working on the girls' education and women empowerment in the rural areas of Sindh. She has also been an advocate for the education rights of differently-abled people.

“Importance of Emotional Intelligence in Professional Life”
Ms. Hamail is a consultant psychologist, speech therapist, and occupational therapist having more than fifteen years of experience. She also served as a special needs facilitator for early years education at Barondale Public School Mississauga, Canada. She has been a program coordinator at the PAF Institute of Special Education and a trainer at the Punjab Directorate for Special Education. Ms. Hamail is currently a counselor at Lahore Garrison Education System (LGES) and regional emotional health coordinator.

We successfully conducted the first webinar on “The Art of Negotiation in Effective Communication”.
Our honorable speaker “Ms. Maryam Arshad Mahmood” talked about personal barriers and steps to overcome them. She gave insights about the imposter syndrome and ways for successful negotiation by developing a leadership style and being intentional.

A community builder, doer, and dreamer, Maryam Arshad has over ten years of experience building communities of entrepreneurs and business professionals. She is a hybrid marketer, tech enthusiast, social entrepreneur, and public speaker. She has been a speaker at Digital Youth Submit, TEDx IMSciences, OPEN Silicon Valley 2018 (Santa Clara, USA), Google APAC Headquarters (Singapore, 2017) besides numerous other forums.
Maryam is the founder and director of Impact Dynamics – an enterprise that creates customized entrepreneurial curricula and runs workshops on soft and tech skills. As an ILVP alumna (2014- Entrepreneurship and Advocacy in KP and FATA), Maryam has trained people on community building, digital storytelling, and growth hacking for startups.
She is a founding team member and former community manager at National Incubation Center, Islamabad. She also leads Google Business Group Peshawar and is an entrepreneur in Residence at the National Incubation Center, Islamabad.

As a result, it will enable people from different socio-economic backgrounds to collaborate and excel together.
