Applicants to UK universities are encouraged to apply for their Student Visas as early as possible (ideally in July) due to delays in the UK visa system.
Priority and Super Priority services are currently temporarily suspended for student applications. This is due to extended delays across the visa system following the prioritization of Ukraine Scheme applications in response to the humanitarian crisis.

Funding worth almost half a million pounds has been awarded to Teesside University to help it deliver sustainable and impactful work in the cultural and creative sectors.
The grant has been made to the University by the Impact Acceleration Account (IAA), a national fund supported by UK Research and Innovation (UKRI), to help the best, brightest and most disruptive ideas emerging from UK research organisations to jumpstart knowledge exchange, translation and commercialisation.

Establishing the Tees Valley as the go-to place for green technologies has received a further boost through a prestigious international partnership with a leading agency in South Africa.
Teesside University have agreed to establish a formal collaboration with the Department for Science and Innovation in South Africa. All parties will work together and harness expertise to explore opportunities to position their respective regions at the forefront of the green industrial revolution.
