On April 5, 2025, Lahore Garrison University (LGU) and Fountain House, Lahore, formalized their collaboration by signing a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU). Dr. Syed Imran Murtaza, Medical Superintendent of Fountain House, and Dr. Nida Zafar, Chairperson of the Psychology Department at LGU—representing Vice Chancellor Major General (Retd.) Muhammad Khalil Dar, HI(M)—were the signatories of this agreement. The MoU outlines joint initiatives in community service, student internships and training, collaborative research, as well as the organization of seminars, workshops, and conferences. Senior Psychologists from Fountain House and Dr. Shamshad Bashir, Assistant Professor in the Department of Psychology at LGU, were also present during the signing ceremony.
