An informative practical session on “Basic Regression Analysis and ANOVA Techniques” was conducted by Ms. Sehrish Ilyas (Assistant Professor, Management Sciences Department) for the students of V semester. She provided basic skills related to generation of SPSS file, how to input data, how to code a variable, checking reliability and validity, main uses of regression analysis like forecasting, time series modeling and finding the cause and effect relationship between variables and use of ANOVA technique in business research. Dr. Muhammad Fiaz (Chairperson, Management Sciences Department), Dr. Sobia Hassan (Incharge, Public Administration) and other faculty members joined and shared their vote of thanks to the presenter at the end of the session.

Mr Moin Zafar (Head Corporate HR Nishat Mills) conducted an informative session on Employee Performance Management and Impressive CV writing for the students of VII semester. He provided the practical insights on "industry's demand from students" to strengthen the relationship between industry and academia.
Dr Sobia (Incharge Dept of Public Administration)and other senior faculty members gave a vote of thanks to the presenter at the end of the session.

A comprehensive session was arranged by Hameed Lateef Hospital Lahore (HLH) for MBA HR students of Lahore College for Women University (LCWU) on the Performance Management System.
Head of HR Mohammad Ali Khan conducted an interactive session for a better understanding of the students on the process of performance appraisals at HLH and its linkages. Students and Faculty from LCWU appreciated the effort of HR for the implementation of a commendable HR system to gauge the performance of employees.
A special session on Breast Cancer Awareness
was also arranged for students along with a Hospital tour and Hi-Tea.

Students of BPA Semester III arranged a "FOOD GALA" as a class assignment (Principles of Marketing). Students enthusiastically participated in the event and gained practical experience in Marketing Mix. Teachers and students from other departments also visited the food stalls and purchased delicious food items. Dr. Fiaz, Dr. Sobia, Dr. Anjum, and other respected faculty members encouraged students to arrange alike healthy activities in the future as well.

Bank Al Habib Pakistan has conducted an informative session at the Department of Management Sciences and Public Administration for young entrepreneurs. Bank team encouraged students to invest or run businesses using banking channels. Students showed great interest and many students opened their first bank account through Asaan Account.
