1. Objective of the Visit:
The industrial visit aimed to provide practical exposure to mechanical engineering students regarding modern manufacturing processes, assembly lines, installation procedures, and workshop operations. It also intended to bridge the gap between theoretical knowledge and industrial practices.
2. Itinerary and Activities:
- Production Line Tour: Students observed step-by-step assembly of tractors, quality control measures, and safety protocols.
- Installation & Assembly Workshop: Detailed explanation of machine installation, alignment, and operational testing.
- Meeting & Briefing: Industry focal person conducted a briefing in the meeting hall, explaining manufacturing processes, industry standards, and career opportunities in the mechanical sector.
- Hands-On Observation: Students engaged with workshop machinery and gained insight into real-world mechanical operations.
