ینگ ڈاکٹرز ایسوسی ایشن کوہاٹ کی آج شام ایمرجنسی میٹنگ منعقد کی گئی،جس میں یہ فیصلہ کیا گیا کہ ایبٹ آباد کی ڈاکٹر وردہ مشتاق کے اغوا اور قتل کیس کی وجہ سے پورے صوبہ کی طرح کل بروز منگل 9دسمبر کو کوہاٹ ڈویژن کے تمام ہسپتالوں میں آؤٹ ڈور سروسز مکمل طور پر معطل ہوں گی۔ عوام کو مطلع کیا جاتا ہے کہ ایمرجنسی کے علاوہ دیگر تکالیف کے لیے کل ہسپتالوں میں جانے سے گریز کریں۔

ہمارے مطالبات یہ ہیں:
1. ڈاکٹر وردہ کے قاتلوں کو فوری طور پر گرفتار کیا جائے اور انہیں عبرتناک سزا دی جائے۔
2. اس کیس میں غفلت کے مرتکب پولیس اہلکاروں کو فوری طور پر معطل کرکے محکمہ سے برخاست کیا جائے۔
3. ڈاکٹر وردہ صاحبہ کی میت کو پوسٹ مارٹم کے لیے ڈی ایچ کیو ہسپتال ایبٹ آباد منتقل کیا جائے تاکہ تحقیق میں شفافیت یقینی بنائی جا سکے۔

Today, a joint meeting between representatives of all KPK medical colleges and Khyber Medical University (KMU) was held, during which several key decisions were finalized to address students’ concerns regarding recent examinations.

Decisions Made:

1. Exam Duration Increased:
The total exam time has been extended from 120 minutes to 135 minutes to ensure students have adequate time to complete papers.

2. Compensation for Paper G Issues:
In centers where the system malfunctioned during Paper G, KMU will provide time-based compensation after a detailed investigation of the minutes lost.

3. MCQ Length Reduction:
Upcoming papers will have shorter, more concise MCQs to improve readability and reduce unnecessary time burden.

4. Special Blueprint Review Committee:
A dedicated committee has been established to cross-verify the LOS blueprint of each paper. If any MCQs are found outside their designated block, appropriate compensation will be awarded.

An online meeting of all YDA KPK Student Representatives from every medical college across the province was held tonight to review the ongoing issues related to the recent KMU MBBS examinations. After detailed deliberation, it was unanimously decided that each medical college shall formally submit their concerns to KMU through their respective DMEs or Deans without delay.

In light of these submissions, YDA KPK will facilitate a final meeting with the KMU administration on 5th December at 09:00 AM at KMU, to collectively present the concerns and seek an immediate and practical resolution.

We have been informed that KMU has already scheduled a MEETING TOMORROW to address complaints received through various channels.

However, if the issues remain unresolved or inadequately addressed, the meeting on 5th December will be a crucial opportunity to resolve all matters comprehensively, as concerns would have been officially forwarded through respective institutions.

Representatives and students who wish to attend the meeting are encouraged to join us at KMU on 5th December at 09:00 AM.

Key Issues Identified

1. Computer system malfunctions resulting in paper disruption and loss of valuable time.

2. Insufficient time allocation for exams, making it difficult to complete papers.

3. Excessively lengthy question papers, increasing pressure and affecting performance.

4. Out-of-syllabus questions, causing confusion and distress.

5. Non-compliance with the issued exam blueprint, leading to perceived unfair assessment.

The YDA KPK Student Council remains committed to safeguarding student rights, ensuring transparency, and advocating for a fair academic environment for all medical students across Khyber Pakhtunkhwa.

ہم ڈی ایچ کیو/لیاقت میموریل ہسپتال کی چیف ایگزیکٹو اور کے ایم یو–آئی ایم ایس کی پرنسپل، پروفیسر ڈاکٹر مسرت جبین صاحبہ کو خراجِ تحسین پیش کرتے ہیں کہ اُن کی سرپرستی اور وژن کے باعث ینگ ڈاکٹرز کے ایک اہم مطالبے کو عملی جامہ پہنایا جا رہا ہے۔
ہم سٹوڈنٹ ونگ کے سابقہ صدر ڈاکٹر قاضی یوسفزئی کو بھی خراج تحسین پیش کرتے ہیں کیونکہ انہوں نے اپنی ذات سے بالا تر ہو کر طلبا کے مسائل کو اجاگر کیا۔
پرنسپل پروفیسر ڈاکٹر مسرت جبین کی سربراہی میں بہت جلد کالج اور کوہاٹ کے ہسپتالوں میں عملی کام شروع کئے جائینگے۔
کوہاٹ میڈیکل اور ڈینٹل کالج کے طلبا اپنے حقوق کیلیے آواز بلند کرتے رہینگے اور میڈم مسرت جبین کی سربراہی پر مکمل اعتماد رکھتے ہیں اور ان کے شانہ بشانہ کھڑے ہیں۔

صدر فتح اللہ مروت کی قیادت میں YDA اسٹوڈنٹ ونگ KIDS کوہاٹ کا اجلاس منعقد ہوا، جس میں طلبہ کے تعلیمی اور سیکھنے کے ماحول کو متاثر کرنے والے اہم مسائل پر غور کیا گیا۔ ان مسائل کے فوری حل کے لیے ایک جامع منصوبہ تیار کی گئی ۔

طلبہ سے متعلق مسائل، جو ان کی تعلیمی کارکردگی اور مجموعی تجربے پر اثر انداز ہو رہے ہیں، پر تفصیلی گفتگو کی گئی۔

اس سلسلے میں انتظامیہ اور تمام شعبہ جات کے سربراہان (HODs) کے ساتھ ملاقات آنے والے پیر کو طے کی گئی ہے تاکہ مجوزہ حل پر مؤثر عملدرآمد یقینی بنایا جا سکے۔
