The BISE Rawalpindi announced the result of the 2026 SSC exam yesterday.

Winnington School is glad to share that our students showed an admirable result, as always. All students passed the exam with flying colors.

Muhammad Abdullah stood first in the school with 1168
marks (97.3%), while Muhammad Hasan was second with 1158 marks (96.5%). Fatima Noor stood third with 1132 marks (94.3%). Talha Imran bagged the fourth position with 1131 marks (94.2 %). Khadija Zainab was at fifth place with 1118 marks (93.1%)

The school congratulates all parents and teaching staff and extends its gratitude to the BOG, Winnington School and the Chairman, Mr Umar Mushtaq, for their support and patronage.

The teaching staff and students of grade 10 came together to arrange a farewell party for the outgoing grade 10. It was an evening of colour and laughter, albeit tinged with a sense of loss.

The principal stressed the importance of a positive attitude and skill at work to succeed in life and wished the outgoing class success and happiness.

Mrs Ambreen Fazal's and Mrs Shagufta Mobasher's efforts in the organization of the party were appreciated.

The results of the House Position Elections were announced today in a special school assembly. The elected students were decorated with sashes and an oath taking ceremony was conducted to swear them in.

Mr Asif Jooma, Chief Executive of Lucky Core Industries, decided to retire after 13+ years of exemplary leadership, commitment and stewardship. Mr Jooma is an iconic figure in the corporate world and his profound support for Winnington School will always be remembered with great love, affection and warmth. It was an honour to receive him at Winnington School during his farewell tour of the Soda Ash Business.

The Chairman of YBG Mr Sohail Tabba, Mrs Tabba, Mrs Jooma, accompanied by Mr and Mrs Umar Mushtaq, Mr Hasaan Iqbal and other officials were with him.

The Principal and Headmistress welcomed the visitors, who went around the school premises and complimented the Principal on the appearance and past achievements of the school and its students.

School matters were discussed and the visitors recorded their sentiments in the visitors’ Book. Books and Farewell cards made by students were presented to Mr Jooma and the visitors by the Principal.

The school thanks Mr Jooma for his support and patronage over the years and wishes him a very healthy, joyous and zestful retired life.

EARTH DAY 2026

Earth Day was comemorated at Winnington School in collaboration with HSE Department, LCI.

Mr Hasaan Iqbal was the Chief Guest at a prize giving ceremony in which class-wise prizes were given away to students who had done well in a poster making competition. Senior managers and officials of the HSE Deprtment also attended the event.

The Principal spoke on the significance of the day and steps we can take to resolve the issues affecting the well being of our dear planet.

A 'Poster Making' competition was held to commemorate Earth Day and to raise awareness about Environmental issues and their resolution. All students from Grade 6 through Grade 9 took part in the competition.
