انہوں نے سکول کے ہیڈ ماسٹر اور اساتذہ کرام کے ساتھ انتظامی امور، تعلیمی ماحول اور درپیش مسائل پر تفصیلی گفتگو کی اور بہتری کیلئے قیمتی تجاویز پیش کیں۔
محترم الیاس بھٹو صاحب کی طلبہ سے شفقت اور تعلیم دوستی اُس وقت نمایاں ہوئی جب انہوں نے بچوں میں بستے اور کاپیاں تقسیم کیں۔ طلبہ کے چہروں پر خوشی اور اُمید کی جھلک دیدنی تھی
یہ عمل نہ صرف بچوں کی حوصلہ افزائی ہے بلکہ تعلیم کے فروغ کیلئے ایک عملی پیغام بھی ہے۔
