πŸŽ“ A New Step in My Digital Learning Journey!
I am pleased to share that I have successfully completed the β€œBecome a Digital Learner: Using Your Smartphone (Beginner)” course by Teach2030 and Commonwealth Education Trust, achieving 100% (18/18) in the final assessment.
This course strengthened my understanding of: βœ… Digital learning and online resources
βœ… Effective Google searching
βœ… Identifying credible sources and fake news
βœ… Online privacy and safety
βœ… Responsible use of social media
βœ… Using smartphones as tools for teaching and learning
As an educator, I believe continuous professional development is essential. I am particularly interested in using digital technology, AI and innovation to create better learning opportunities for students, especially those in underserved communities.
I look forward to applying these skills in my school and sharing what I learn with my students and fellow teachers. πŸŒπŸ“šπŸ’»

🌍 Empowering Students Through Human Rights Education πŸ‡΅πŸ‡°πŸ‡ΊπŸ‡Έ

Every child deserves to know their rights β€” and every child can become an active, responsible citizen.

At Central Model School Khanewal, Pakistan, we have been using educational resources shared by Youth for Human Rights / United for Human Rights, USA, to help our students understand:

βœ… Their fundamental human rights
βœ… Respect and dignity for every person
βœ… Their responsibilities as members of society
βœ… Peace, equality and inclusion
βœ… The importance of becoming active and responsible citizens

Our students explored the human rights learning materials, prepared activities and shared their understanding through creative presentations and classroom discussions.

We are especially grateful for the international support and educational resources that helped us bring global human rights education into our classroom. Our students also participated in Peace Day activities, which we shared with our international partners.

This experience has shown our students that education can connect young people across borders and that their voices matter.

🌎 From a classroom in Khanewal, Pakistan, to the global community β€” we believe that educating children about their rights is an important step toward building peaceful, respectful and inclusive societies.

A heartfelt thank you to Youth for Human Rights / United for Human Rights for supporting our students with valuable educational resources and for appreciating their work.

🀝 We welcome more international educators, schools and organizations to collaborate with us in promoting:

πŸ‡΅πŸ‡°πŸ€πŸ‡¬πŸ‡§ Celebrating Friendship Through Culture & Education 🌍
One of the most memorable moments of our international school partnership was celebrating Pakistani culture with our UK partner teachers during their visit to Central Model School Khanewal, Pakistan.
To promote cultural understanding and friendship, we arranged a beautiful Pakistani traditional wedding cultural activity, where our respected UK visitors happily participated as Bride and Groom according to Pakistani traditions. Our students performed cultural activities, traditional dress presentations, music, and wedding customs to warmly introduce the beauty of Pakistani culture.
Likewise, during my educational visits to Manchester, Derbyshire, Birmingham, and Huddersfield (UK), I had the privilege to learn from schools and experience British culture. Teachers in Manchester also kindly arranged visits to museums and shopping malls, giving me valuable exposure to history, culture, and community life.
These wonderful exchanges helped strengthen friendship, mutual respect, and global learning between our schools and countries.

Alhamdulillah! I am deeply honoured to share that my proposal has been officially ACCEPTED for presentation at the UNESCO Chair on Intercultural Competences Conference 2026 in Dakar, Senegal (12–16 October 2026).

As a school leader from a low-resource and underserved community in South Punjab, Pakistan, this opportunity means a great deal β€” not only for me, but for my students, teachers, and entire school community.

I will be presenting our work on:

β€œA Practical, Low-Resource and Community-Driven Model of Climate Change Education”

This presentation reflects the incredible efforts of our students at Central Model School Khanewal, where children are not only learning in classrooms but also becoming changemakers through:

🌱 Climate awareness activities
🌍 Sustainability projects
πŸ’§ Water pollution & health awareness campaigns
🌳 Tree plantation initiatives
🀝 Community engagement and intercultural learning

Our students β€” girls and boys from Nursery to Grade 10 β€” are proving that big change can begin in small schools with limited resources but strong vision.

This acceptance is a reminder that meaningful education is not about resources alone; it is about purpose, courage, and believing in young people.

I dedicate this achievement to my hardworking students, teachers, parents, and community who continue to believe in positive change.

Think Locally, Act Globally.

I warmly welcome your encouragement, ideas, and support as we continue this journey for climate action, intercultural understanding, and sustainable education.
