STUDY CIRCLE WAR ORGANIZED BY THE LEADERS’ STUDENT SOCIETY INSTITUTE OF INTERNATIONAL RELATIONS

The Leaders Student Society of the Institute of International Relations, Shah Abdul Latif University Khairpur, recently hosted its 39th Study Circle on the topic of "International Relations in Historical Context."

The speaker, Ab Basit Ghanghro, a Student of IR BS-IV emphasized the significance of the Treaty of Westphalia in 1648, which laid the foundation for the concept of nation-states and subsequently, the development of international relations. He also discussed various other important events, such as the French Revolution, World War I and II, decolonization, the Cold War, and the New Millennium, which have played a vital role in shaping international relations.

Moreover, Rashid Rehmat also shared his insights with the participants on the topic.

However, the study circle was moderated by Shahzaib Shah Rashidi, a student of IR BS-III.

Abdul Razzak Rind, Waseem Kalhoro, Wajeeha Memom, Saba Aman, Awais Baloch, and huge amount of students from BS-I, II, III, and IV joined the study circle.
