The Worthy Vice Chancellor BBS-UTECH, 𝗣𝗿𝗼𝗳. 𝗗𝗿. 𝗥𝗮𝘀𝗼𝗼𝗹 𝗕𝘂𝘅 𝗠𝗮𝗵𝗮𝗿 and his team, received 𝗠𝗿. 𝗠𝗮𝗻𝘁𝗵𝗮𝗿 𝗔𝗹𝗶 𝗞𝗲𝗲𝗿𝗶𝗼, the Registrar, 𝗠𝗶𝗿 𝗦𝗮𝗷𝗷𝗮𝗱 𝗛𝘂𝘀𝘀𝗮𝗶𝗻 𝗧𝗮𝗹𝗽𝘂𝗿. During the official visit, Mr. Baloch witnessed the formal signing of a 𝗠𝗲𝗺𝗼𝗿𝗮𝗻𝗱𝘂𝗺 𝗼𝗳 𝗨𝗻𝗱𝗲𝗿𝘀𝘁𝗮𝗻𝗱𝗶𝗻𝗴 (𝗠𝗼𝗨) 𝗯𝗲𝘁𝘄𝗲𝗲𝗻 𝗕𝗕𝗦-𝗨𝗧𝗘𝗖𝗛 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗚𝗵𝘂𝗹𝗮𝗺 𝗙𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗺𝗮 𝗞𝗮𝘀𝗶𝗺 𝗪𝗲𝗹𝗳𝗮𝗿𝗲 𝗧𝗿𝘂𝘀𝘁 (𝗚𝗙𝗞𝗪𝗧): 𝗔𝗻 𝗘𝘅𝘁𝗲𝗻𝘀𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝗕𝘂𝗶𝗹𝗱𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗼𝗳 𝗡𝗶𝘀𝗮𝗿 𝗔𝗵𝗺𝗲𝗱 𝗦𝗶𝗱𝗱𝗶𝗾𝘂𝗶 𝗜𝗧 𝗖𝗲𝗻𝘁𝗲𝗿, 𝗞𝗼𝘁 𝗗𝗶𝗷𝗶, 𝗗𝗶𝘀𝘁𝗿𝗶𝗰𝘁 𝗞𝗵𝗮𝗶𝗿𝗽𝘂𝗿 𝗠𝗶𝗿𝘀, marking a significant step toward expanding technical and vocational education in the region.

The MoU establishes a partnership to operate the Al Raza Vocational Training Center (Boys) at Kot Diji, District Khairpur Mirs. The center will provide quality IT and skill-based education to local youth, enhancing their professional development and employability.

Under the agreement, BBS-UTECH will provide the curriculum, admission criteria, and conduct examinations and certification for 6- and 12-month courses, with each batch accommodating up to 25 students. GFKWT, on the other hand, will handover the physical infrastructure, existing lab equipments/tools and furniture. Mr. Mujahid Hussain Jumani has been nominated as the Focal Person for Al Raza VTC to liaise with the university's designated representative.

𝙍𝙚𝙢𝙖𝙧𝙠𝙨 𝙛𝙧𝙤𝙢 𝘿𝙞𝙜𝙣𝙞𝙩𝙖𝙧𝙞𝙚𝙨:

Speaking on the occasion, Mr. Muhammad Abbas Baloch commended BBS-UTECH for its commitment to expanding skill development opportunities across Sindh and reiterated the government's support for such public-private partnerships.

Prof. Dr. Rasool Bux Mahar, Vice Chancellor of BBS-UTECH, expressed his gratitude to the Secretary for his visit and emphasized the university's dedication to empowering youth through market-relevant technological skills. He noted that this collaboration aligns with BBS-UTECH's vision of fostering innovation, research, and sustainable development in the region.

This collaboration reaffirms BBS-UTECH's mission to equip students with advanced technical competencies and contribute to a skilled and competitive workforce in Pakistan.

Participants showcased their refined business ideas through compelling pitch presentations, demonstrating the knowledge and skills gained over the past three days. The sessions, led by our distinguished Resource Person 𝗣𝗿𝗼𝗳. 𝗧𝗮𝗵𝗶𝗿 𝗠𝗮𝗵𝗺𝗼𝗼𝗱, equipped aspiring entrepreneurs with actionable strategies to transform their concepts into sustainable ventures.

Today marked the productive opening of our three-day workshop on “Pitching an Idea for Startup and Its Sustainable Business Planning” at Benazir Bhutto Shaheed University of Technology & Skill Development, Khairpur Mirs.

It was a rewarding start as our aspiring entrepreneurs and students engaged deeply in understanding how to shape raw ideas into commercially viable and sustainable business ventures. The sessions were led by our esteemed Resource Person, 𝗣𝗿𝗼𝗳. 𝗧𝗮𝗵𝗶𝗿 𝗠𝗮𝗵𝗺𝗼𝗼𝗱, whose expertise as a Start-up Mentor and Trainer brought valuable practical insights to the classroom.

We take this opportunity to acknowledge and appreciate the continued support and vision of the 𝗪𝗼𝗿𝘁𝗵𝘆 𝗩𝗶𝗰𝗲 𝗖𝗵𝗮𝗻𝗰𝗲𝗹𝗹𝗼𝗿 𝗣𝗿𝗼𝗳. 𝗗𝗿. 𝗥𝗮𝘀𝗼𝗼𝗹 𝗕𝘂𝘅 𝗠𝗮𝗵𝗮𝗿, whose dedicated efforts in promoting research, innovation, and skill-based learning have made initiatives like this possible. Their leadership plays a vital role in preparing our youth for the challenges of the entrepreneurial world. Today marked the culmination of our intensive 𝟬𝟮-𝗗𝗮𝘆 𝗪𝗼𝗿𝗸𝘀𝗵𝗼𝗽 on "𝗧𝗵𝗲 𝗔𝗿𝘁 𝗼𝗳 𝗪𝗿𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗮 𝗚𝗿𝗮𝗻𝘁 𝗪𝗶𝗻𝗻𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗥𝗲𝘀𝗲𝗮𝗿𝗰𝗵 𝗣𝗿𝗼𝗽𝗼𝘀𝗮𝗹" at Benazir Bhutto Shaheed University of Technology & Skill Development (BBS-UTECH), Khairpur.

The second and final day was a powerhouse of learning, featuring insightful closing remarks from our distinguished speaker 𝗣𝗿𝗼𝗳. 𝗗𝗿. 𝗔𝗹𝘁𝗮𝗳 𝗛𝘂𝘀𝘀𝗮𝗶𝗻 𝗦𝗮𝗺𝗼 (𝗗𝗲𝗮𝗻 𝗙𝗮𝗰𝘂𝗹𝘁𝘆 𝗼𝗳 𝗠𝗮𝗻𝗮𝗴𝗲𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁 𝗦𝗰𝗶𝗲𝗻𝗰𝗲𝘀 - 𝗦𝗜𝗕𝗔𝗨) and the esteemed 𝗩𝗶𝗰𝗲 𝗖𝗵𝗮𝗻𝗰𝗲𝗹𝗹𝗼𝗿 𝗣𝗿𝗼𝗳. 𝗗𝗿. 𝗥𝗮𝘀𝗼𝗼𝗹 𝗕𝘂𝘅 𝗠𝗮𝗵𝗮𝗿.

We have equipped our faculty and researchers with the tools to transform innovative ideas into fundable projects. This workshop wasn't just about writing; it was about building the research capacity necessary to drive technological and social progress in our region.

Day 01 – A Powerful Start!

Today marked the beginning of our 02-Day Workshop on "The Art of Writing a Grant Winning Research Proposal" at Benazir Bhutto Shaheed University of Technology & Skill Development, Khairpur Mirs.

A big thank you to our visionary Vice Chancellor Meritorious Prof. Dr. Rasool Bux Mahar, for his unwavering commitment to faculty development.

His dedication to equipping our educators with cutting-edge research tools is truly inspiring. Under his leadership, the university is fostering a culture of research excellence and innovation.
