📖 A Page from Our Teacher’s Diary — Reflection of the Day

آج کی کلاس سے سیکھا گیا ایک خوبصورت سبق
آج میری کلاس میں ایک بہت خوشگوار اور حوصلہ افزا منظر دیکھنے کو ملا۔ کلاس میں کچھ ایسے بچے بھی ہیں جو پڑھائی، خصوصاً ریڈنگ میں کافی کمزور ہیں۔ وہ صرف حروف کی پہچان تک محدود تھے اور ریڈنگ کرنے سے گھبراتے تھے۔ میں نے ان سے دوستی کا رشتہ قائم کیا اور انہیں یہ احساس دلایا کہ میں صرف ان کی ٹیچر نہیں بلکہ ان کی مددگار اور دوست بھی ہوں۔
جب آج ریڈنگ کی سرگرمی شروع ہوئی تو ابتدا میں وہ بچے خاموش تھے، لیکن جیسے ہی میں نے ان کی حوصلہ افزائی کی اور انہیں اعتماد دیا کہ غلطی کرنا سیکھنے کا حصہ ہے، حیرت انگیز طور پر سب سے پہلے انہی بچوں نے ہاتھ کھڑا کیا اور ریڈنگ کرنے کی خواہش ظاہر کی۔ انہیں یقین تھا کہ اگر ان سے کوئی غلطی ہوگی تو ان کی ٹیچر ان کی رہنمائی کرے گی، نہ کہ انہیں شرمندہ کرے گی۔
اس تجربے نے مجھے یہ سبق دیا کہ بچوں کو سکھانے سے پہلے ان کا اعتماد جیتنا ضروری ہے۔ جب ایک استاد بچوں کا دوست بن جاتا ہے، انہیں سمجھتا ہے اور ان کی حوصلہ افزائی کرتا ہے، تو وہ بچے جو کبھی آگے آنے سے گھبراتے تھے، اعتماد کے ساتھ اپنی صلاحیتوں کا اظہار کرنے لگتے ہیں۔
بچے محبت، اعتماد اور حوصلہ افزائی سے سیکھتے ہیں۔ ایک اچھا استاد صرف علم نہیں دیتا بلکہ بچوں کے دلوں میں خود اعتمادی بھی پیدا کرتا ہے۔
